All room rates include daily unlimited access to the hotel spa's indoor and outdoor thermal circuit (please check the hotel's website for the spa's current opening hours). The rates for stays on a basic B&B or half-board basis on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the evening gala dinner. Similarly, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for stays on a half-board basis on December 24th.
Starting at 18:30, sportswear and sports/beach footwear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants. The Dress Code in Restaurants is: Long trousers are mandatory for gentlemen during dinner. The Dress Code for the December 24th Gala Dinner is: Jacket and tie are required. The Dress Code for New Year's Eve on December 31st is as follows: The black tie is required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The most outstanding hotel in Tenerife. We have visited this hotel for a number of years and always have a fantastic time. The staff are very welcoming and always go above and beyond to meet our needs. They have great recommendations of local places to eat and visit.
The spa is out of this world! We love our visits to the quiet pool and relaxing in a calm, peaceful atmosphere.
The kids club is great and the staff in there make the children feel welcome and engaged.
We can’t wait for our next visit! See you in a few weeks!

The hotel is amazing, and the staff is outdoing it to make you feel at home. Special thanks to Antonio and Adama, the valets, for their kindness and attention. And to Yaiza, from the breakfast service, who was super attentive and was always making sure we didn't lack anything. Breakfast is very good.
Just to add something to improve in the interest of the environment, the "changing the bed linen" system, that needs you to leave a flier on the pillow if you don't want them changed, is promtp to get linen changed without need. Sometimes we forgot to leave the flier on the pillow, just by mistake. I think it would be best if you revert the logic: no flier, leave the linen; flier on the pillow, change the linen.

THE SETTING IS SUPERB , THE STAFF ARE SO HELPFUL AND THE FOOD FABULOUS. THIS WAS OUR 4TH STAY AND WE WILL RETURN.

The environments are all supremely designed for style, comfort and relaxation - rest areas, bars, restaurants, gardens, spa, courtesy bus into the port area. The original Canarian artworks throughout the hotel are exceptional.
Some of the spa features (hot spa) were not working on some days. Putting green being repaired.
The building and the gardens are beautiful.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious and varied.
Housekeeping was amazing. Super clean.

The spa is very run down, almost all of the rooms are broken. Staff does not know when they will be fixed.
The oriental restaurant was horrible. I was ashamed to present this old frozen fish to my wife.
