The rates for stays on a basic B&B or half-board basis on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the evening gala dinner. Similarly, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for stays on a half-board basis on December 24th. Starting at 18:30, sportswear and sports/beach footwear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants.
The Dress Code in Restaurants is: Long trousers are mandatory for gentlemen during dinner. The Dress Code for the December 24th Gala Dinner is: Jacket and tie are required. The Dress Code for New Year's Eve on December 31st is as follows: The black tie is required.
Renovation work will be carried out from 18/05/2025 to 15/07/2025. Please note that the property will be closed during this period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This hotel is fantastic. We arrived after a difficult journey to a perfect welcome, great service and they had upgraded our room to a suite. Staff were lovely and really attentive. The spa and gardens were beautiful. Just so relaxing. We could not fault the place and would return in a heart beat. A proper 5 star hotel!

This hotel is exceptionally poor, not a total failure but not a 5 star. We stayed for just over 5.5 days and were disappointed by the service repeatedly. Only 2 restaurants on-site available as the one on the basement is closed for the season - no advance notice. One more is a drive away and you get 30 euros towards it if doing half board.
Our phone was broken in our room and no one fixed it, we gave up in the end. We also had very inconsistent cleaning in the room and while we flagged this, it was never retified.
El servicio del hotel fue muy bueno desde el primer momento. El personal fue amable, atento y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a resolver cualquier duda. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cuidadas y el ambiente fue muy agradable. La atención recibida hizo que la estancia fuera cómoda y tranquila.
El servicio del personal fue de 10: amable, atento y profesional. Sin embargo, la estancia no cumplió del todo con las expectativas. No hablamos de un hotel de 5 estrellas cualquiera, sino de un 5 estrellas Gran Lujo, por lo que esperábamos un nivel superior en ciertos detalles e instalaciones. Aunque el trato fue excelente, la experiencia general dejó algo que desear para la categoría del establecimiento.

Pino, the GM, was disappointing. Shower broke, phone broke, gym out of use for 2 days.

Wir hatten eine sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Suite. Dank dem Parkettfußboden und den Teppichen fühlt man sich wie zuhause.
Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Aber auch am Hauptschwimmbecken kann man eine entspannte Zeit verbringen. Braucht man ein wenig Einsamkeit, geht man in den schön angelegten botanischen Garten und setzt sich auf die Bank.
Die Restaurants im Hotel haben wir alle besucht und sind sehr zufrieden geblieben.
Es ist sehr sauber und wohlfühlend eingerichtet auf dem ganzen Gelände.
Die Führung des Hotels toppt in allen Bereichen!

Another excellent visit at this wonderful hotel.I am a regular guest ,it feels like a second home.I think it is not only one of the best in Europe but also the world .Thanks to the super team led by Lillia and Pino .I can't wait to return.
Our 3rd visit to Botanico. The gardens were the highlight this year. We watched 3 Herons fish the small Coy Carp. The black swans were swimming around and the gardens were lit up at night.
The Spa as always was superb 👌

What we loved most about the hotel was the exceptional garden and outdoor area. The whole landscape was incredibly beautiful, spacious, and diverse — truly stunning. The outdoor seating areas with the elegant furniture, trees, and atmosphere were simply incredible and made the hotel feel very special.
The hotel has a truly beautiful atmosphere and must once have been absolutely magnificent. However, some parts of the property and interior are beginning to feel a little dated and could benefit from some gentle renovation and modernization.
The hotel also has a wonderful spa, and we especially appreciated the warm water in the swimming pool, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.
Cet hotel possède un grand jardin magnifique et un complexe Spa impressionnant (espace extérieur avec grande piscine chauffée, un grand jacuzzi avec lits et un jacuzzi classique ainsi qu'un espace intérieur avec petite piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi de taille moyenne et 3 à 4 espaces différents pour Hammam et Sauna) sans surcoût pour en profiter. Le paradis pour ceux qui recherchent une relaxation totale ! Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Les chambres/lits sont confortables. Nous recommandons fortement la visite de l'impressionnant jardin botanique qui se trouve à 200m de l'hôtel. Parking privé et surveillé sur place gratuit
