Children aged below 16 years are not allowed to use the Oriental Spa Garden.
All room rates include daily unlimited access to the hotel spa's indoor and outdoor thermal circuit (please check the hotel's website for the spa's current opening hours). The rates for stays on a basic B&B or half-board basis on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the evening gala dinner. Similarly, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for stays on a half-board basis on December 24th.
Starting at 18:30, sportswear and sports/beach footwear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants. The Dress Code in Restaurants is: Long trousers are mandatory for gentlemen during dinner. The Dress Code for the December 24th Gala Dinner is: Jacket and tie are required. The Dress Code for New Year's Eve on December 31st is as follows: The black tie is required.
Renovation work will be carried out from 18/05/2025 to 15/07/2025. Please note that the property will be closed during this period.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Nuestra estancia en El Botánico ha sido increíble, sobre todo por la gente que trabaja allí. Es un lujo encontrar un personal tan cercano.
Queremos dar las gracias a los porteros,Antonio y Javier que fueron super atentos. También a Christian, el socorrista, por su amabilidad y por la buena conversacion que compartimos en la piscina. Y, a Pino, la jefa de recepción: gracias a su cariño y en el ckeck out , nos dimos cuenta de lo que nos habíamos perdido y nos hizo volver al hotel un ratito para verlo! Fue un gran detalle
Aunque hay mucha gente del equipo de la que no sabemos el nombre, todos nos han tratado de maravilla

Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et réactif. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, vaste choix. Le jardin est somptueux et très bien entretenu. Enfin l espace spa et les massages faits par des professionnels.

Es war wunderbar. Sehr schöner Garten mit aussergewöhnlichen Pflanzen. Grosses Schwimmbad im Aussenbereich, Tolle Auswahl beim Brunch-Buffet und das Highlight - das Abendessen auf dem Dach. Das Personal war stets freundlich, ausnahmslos hilfsbereit und professionell. Adama, mit seiner aufgestellten Art ist uns besonders im Gedächtnis geblieben.
A beautiful hotel which looks after it’s guests extremely well. I visited with my daughter for a week and we had a fantastic time. The hotel is very relaxing and well maintained. We appreciated the spa access as this pool area is quieter and the comfort of the sun loungers was amazing. To improve this area, however, it would have been nice if we could have ordered drinks and there were no tables so people used chairs which did not seem in keeping with the hotel.
We opted for half board, which for us, was an excellent choice. We visited the Italian and Asian restaurants which were table service and had a good selection. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and it was lovely to sit outside to enjoy the food.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. The gentleman porters on the door always had a welcoming smile and nothing seemed too much trouble.
Overall a lovely stay and next time I may even bring my husband!

This hotel is fantastic. We arrived after a difficult journey to a perfect welcome, great service and they had upgraded our room to a suite. Staff were lovely and really attentive. The spa and gardens were beautiful. Just so relaxing. We could not fault the place and would return in a heart beat. A proper 5 star hotel!

This hotel is exceptionally poor, not a total failure but not a 5 star. We stayed for just over 5.5 days and were disappointed by the service repeatedly. Only 2 restaurants on-site available as the one on the basement is closed for the season - no advance notice. One more is a drive away and you get 30 euros towards it if doing half board.
Our phone was broken in our room and no one fixed it, we gave up in the end. We also had very inconsistent cleaning in the room and while we flagged this, it was never retified.

Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cuidadas y el ambiente fue muy agradable. La atención recibida hizo que la estancia fuera cómoda y tranquila.
El servicio del personal fue de 10: amable, atento y profesional. Sin embargo, la estancia no cumplió del todo con las expectativas. No hablamos de un hotel de 5 estrellas cualquiera, sino de un 5 estrellas Gran Lujo, por lo que esperábamos un nivel superior en ciertos detalles e instalaciones. Aunque el trato fue excelente, la experiencia general dejó algo que desear para la categoría del establecimiento.
