All room rates include daily unlimited access to the hotel spa's indoor and outdoor thermal circuit (please check the hotel's website for the spa's current opening hours).
The rates for stays on a basic B&B or half-board basis on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the evening gala dinner. Similarly, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for stays on a half-board basis on December 24th. Starting at 18:30, sportswear and sports/beach footwear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants.
The Dress Code in Restaurants is: Long trousers are mandatory for gentlemen during dinner. The Dress Code for the December 24th Gala Dinner is: Jacket and tie are required. The Dress Code for New Year's Eve on December 31st is as follows: The black tie is required.

Bellman and managers at the restaurants are great. Breakfast is great.
Pino, the GM, was disappointing. Shower broke, phone broke, gym out of use for 2 days.

Another excellent visit at this wonderful hotel.I am a regular guest ,it feels like a second home.I think it is not only one of the best in Europe but also the world .Thanks to the super team led by Lillia and Pino .I can't wait to return.
Our 3rd visit to Botanico. The gardens were the highlight this year. We watched 3 Herons fish the small Coy Carp. The black swans were swimming around and the gardens were lit up at night.
The Spa as always was superb 👌

We used the free bus to go into the town shopping.

What we loved most about the hotel was the exceptional garden and outdoor area. The whole landscape was incredibly beautiful, spacious, and diverse — truly stunning. The outdoor seating areas with the elegant furniture, trees, and atmosphere were simply incredible and made the hotel feel very special.
The hotel has a truly beautiful atmosphere and must once have been absolutely magnificent. However, some parts of the property and interior are beginning to feel a little dated and could benefit from some gentle renovation and modernization.
The hotel also has a wonderful spa, and we especially appreciated the warm water in the swimming pool, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.
Cet hotel possède un grand jardin magnifique et un complexe Spa impressionnant (espace extérieur avec grande piscine chauffée, un grand jacuzzi avec lits et un jacuzzi classique ainsi qu'un espace intérieur avec petite piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi de taille moyenne et 3 à 4 espaces différents pour Hammam et Sauna) sans surcoût pour en profiter. Le paradis pour ceux qui recherchent une relaxation totale ! Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Les chambres/lits sont confortables. Nous recommandons fortement la visite de l'impressionnant jardin botanique qui se trouve à 200m de l'hôtel. Parking privé et surveillé sur place gratuit

This is by far and away the best 5* hotel that we have stayed in. A wonderful oasis of calm and quality. There is absolutely nothing that I can fault the hotel on, excellent and attentive service from the moment you arrive by Harry at the door throughout the entire staff. The quality is everywhere and we were fortunate to meet the owners Wolfgang and Brigitte Kiessling who have transformed a mere "building" into such a beautiful place. Everything is just high class quality with excellent restaurants, very attentive staff and wonderful facilities. If you think you've stayed in a 5 star hotel, then you won't have done until you experience Hotel Botanico. Thank you to you all for making us so welcome and having a most relaxing break.

Struttura bellissima e pulitissima, stanza accogliente con tutti i comfort. Zona Spa e piscina molto belle, compreso il parco curatissimo. Colazione ottima e varia.
Ristorante la parrilla pessimo … cibo immangiabile, per cliente anglosassone … un odore disgustoso in sala come si sente solo nelle zone turistiche bazzicate da inglesi. Fatto notare allo staff essendomene andato dal ristorante, ridendo e scherzando mi hanno fatto pagare ugualmente. Per un cinque stelle è inaccettabile.

Viaggio molto però non ho mai visto un personale cosi accogliente, disponibile e gentile..non ricordo tutti i nomi però mi è rimasto impresso Adama per la sua accoglienza e gentilezza appena arrivati e Patricia de la recepción. Le ragazze de la SPA che puoi usufruire tutto il tempo della permanenza inclusa nel prezzo del soggiorno..hotel di una eleganza, pulizia e classe che non mai incontrato prima. Cibo ottimo e atmosfera rilassante e accogliente..ci ritorneremo presto per più giorni..Grazie!
