Fantastic
Pros:

The staff and the location were second to none

Cons:

This won’t bother everyone, but I did find the gym a bit on the small side for a hotel of this size. At one point there were six of us in there and it felt like a game of human Tetris trying to move around.

I also wasn’t a fan of the toiletries. The smell really wasn’t for me at all. I’m usually someone who looks forward to using hotel products and never bothers bringing my own, but these were a definite exception, especially the body lotion.

That said, neither of these things had any real impact on our stay. Just my thoughts and perhaps me being a bit too fussy 😊

השהייה במלון קמפינסקי הייתה נוחה מאוד , אזרתם לנו מאוד להנות מהחופשה !
Pros:

שירות בדלפקי קבלה היה מדויק וטוב. ניקיון בחדרים היה מעולה. ב-SPA לא מצאנו סאונה אינפרא-אדום, יחד עם זאת הייתה אלטרנטיבה טובה עם טמפרטורה נמוכה יחסית. גם ניתן לציין ש-SPA היה מסודר ונקי. במשך ארוכת בוקר שירות של טבחית באיזור הכנה עצמית היה עדיב ומדויק.

Cons:

מבחר של ארוכת בוקר היה די צנוע למלון ברמת קמפינסקי. שירות של המלצרים היה די בינני: לא ניגשים לקחת צלחות משומשות, וכאשר מדובר בשולחן עגול וקטן - זאת בעיית נוחות גדולה. הנושא היה בולט, מלצריך בעיקר מנקים ומסדרים את השולחנות שהתפנו. ממליץ להחליף שולחנות עגולים למרובעים או להדריך צוות.

Am stat în locații mult mai bune de 5 stele.
Pros:

Locația super centrală. Camere mari și curate. Facilități bune. Căldură în cameră nu a fost prea acceptabilă. A fost cam frig

im Grossen und Ganzen ganz gut, leider hatten wir kein Wetterglück (Regen während 3 von 4 Tagen).
Pros:

Lage und Zufahrt zum Hotel ist sehr gut, zentral gelegen. Zimmer hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen, grosszügig, sauber und gepflegt. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig, grosses Angebot von Tee.

Cons:

Frühstück war in der Lounge und nicht in einem Restaurant mit Tischen. Sitzgelegenheit nicht optimal.
Grosse Touristengruppe (aus Asien) ermöglichte während 2 Tagen fast kein Durchkommen in der Lobby. Lobby wurde als Sammelplatz verwendet. Dies müsste absolut besser organisiert sein.

Gyönyörű környezet a belváros szívében.
Pros:

Gyönyörű környezet, a szobák letisztult eleganciája a luxus élményét nyújtja. A személyzet nagyon kedves. A hotel elhelyezkedése kiváló, sok látványosság egy könnyű sétával megközelíthető, a közelben rengeteg étterem és cukrászda van. A reggeli nagyon bőséges, változatos és finom volt. A wellness részleg is kiváló egy hétvégi lazításra.

למרות הביקורת שיש לנו, נחזור בשמחה להתארח במלון הזה.
Pros:

מלון נעים מאד שממוקם במיקום מרכזי , בסמוך לחנויות, מסעדות, בתי קפה ומדרחוב ארוך ומוכר, ברחוב ואצי. צוות הקבלה והקונסיירג׳ מקסימים.

Cons:

המזגן בחדר ממש ייבש את החדר וקיבלנו כאב ראש וכאב גרון, ייתכן שהפילטרים לא נוקו, אז נאלצנו לישון עם חלון פתוח והיה רעש מהרחוב. כמו כן, המשקאות הקלים בחדר שלנו היו ללא עלות ( כחלק מעלות החדר ) אבל כמעט ולא חידשו אותם מידי יום וזה היה קצת מעליב ותחושה שחוסכים עלינו ( על קולה זירו וכד׳ ).
