In the absence of a legal identification document, the hotel has to refuse to provide the service of accommodations; however, the hotel will claim the net amount of the entire booking as a frustration penalty, and the guest cannot request any compensation.

Would absolutely stay here again!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly nice, the room was very clean and cozy. It was a great combo of luxury and kid friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was delicious, although paying separately - it doesn't seem a little higher than it needs to be price wise. Pool was pretty chilly.

Ad avviso mio e di mio marito e’ stato tutto di gradimento; colazione e gentilezza dello staff ottima e posizione perfetto!

Cons:

L’unico aspetto negativo è la mancanza del bidet in bagno! Un 5 stelle dalla clientela internazionale non può non avere nella stanza bagno il bidet!

Old-world service in a beautiful, modern hotel
Pros:

At the Kempinski Corvinus, you will discover old-world service in a modern and beautiful hotel: friendly check-in with suitcase service, turn-down service in the evening, helpful & friendly staff all the way through. Room OK sized, clean, functional, nicely decorated. Bathroom with shower and separate bath tub. Some rooms have a view into the courtyard, which makes them very quiet. Internet worked excellently all the way through, with easy log-in (no room number required). Location is great for visiting Budapest: in the middle of the historic part of Pest, just a few minutes from the Danube. Great for business meetings, too, with excellent meeting facilities.
