In the absence of a legal identification document, the hotel has to refuse to provide the service of accommodations; however, the hotel will claim the net amount of the entire booking as a frustration penalty, and the guest cannot request any compensation.

המקום יפה, מטופח ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה. השירות ברמה הגבוהה ביותר ונמצא בכל מקום החל מהיציאה מהמונית דרך הקבלה, הלובי ועד לחדרים. החדר מרווח מאוד וכולל כל מה שצריך ומעבר לזה. המיטה ענקית. הכול מצוחצח.

Very comfortable in every sense of the word
Pros:

the room was super comfortable! The towels were big and fluffy and the shower was exactly what one needed after a long day of travels or sight seeing. Also the spa was very nice with good saunas. We particularly liked the interaction that we had with the staff at the hotel who were all so friendly and kind.

Cons:

We had an incident where there was some sort of construction work on the floor above our room. it lasted about 45 mins but when we asked about it, the staff were apologetic and gave us the timeline on when it would end.
