As of 1 September 2021, the accommodation service provider is obliged to record the specific personal data of every individual (adult, minor, infant) at check-in, using a valid identity card, driving licence, or travel document. Pod - tepih je potrebno zameniti! Ima dosta osoblja, medjutim deluje da nisu usaglaseni u svom radu (posluzenje u restoranu za veceru - jelo sam dobio pogresno, a zatim sam dodatni cekao moje poruceno jelo jos 30 min; dorucak - espresso kafa je stigla hladna sto mi govori da od momenta kada je napravljena je cekal na sanku duze od 6-8 minuta

The hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel is luxurious and has great facilities such as the gym and the SPA. It was in a very convenient location.

בכל בוקר היתה עגלה עם בקבוקי מים חופשי לקחת
מיטה וכריות נוחות, הרבה מקום לאיחסון בגדים
מזגן היה בסדר גמור
אינטרנט חזק ללא תקלות.

יש מזנון בתוך המלון לקניית קפה/שתיה כריכים ומאפים - מחירים סבירים
בגלל גל החום שהיה, נאלצתי להיות יותר זמן במלון מאשר תכננתי, ובטלויזיה לא היה מבחר גדול של ערוצים כמצופה ממלון 5 כוכבים, גם CAST של טלויזיה לטלפון לא עבד כמו שצריך.
הזמנה לא כללה א.בוקר, ופעם אחת כשהלכתי המחיר של 45 אירו לאדם לא מצדיק את הארוחה - יקר מאוד לעומת מה שמקבלים.
היה ויכוח עם הקבלה על מחיר הארוחה שבסופו של דבר קיבלו את הטענה שלי.
בנות בקבלה לא כולן היו נחמדות.

Stayed here for 3 nights.excellent position to lots of big attractions and shops.Public transport free to over 65's and there is a bus stop 5 min walk from hotel to get bus to airport.buses run every 6 mins and takes about 40min. Never paid a penny! Really liked hotel from check in which was efficient. Room was nice. Bedding,pillows,mattress were excellent quality .toiletries were Dipytique so no need to take your own. Excellent hair dryer too. Turndown service at night and good size bath towels were supplied. there is a Nobu on site and a lovely bar where you can have a drink outside,always served with nice nut selection. For a lovely rooftop bar go across the road to Aria Hotel. Really lovely. Kiosk and Mercatina were our 2 restaurants which were lovely and in walking distance. Loved Budapest. Lovely city
Excellent hotel in the center of Budapest. Close to attractions and close to Metro station. Rooms are big and comfortable. Bed is very comfortable. Very quite with good sound proof. Staff was very supportive with every request.
