In the absence of a legal identification document, the hotel has to refuse to provide the service of accommodations; however, the hotel will claim the net amount of the entire booking as a frustration penalty, and the guest cannot request any compensation.

Pros:

The professionalism and kindness of all the staff. The assistance provided by the concierge and the reception staff (late check-out, help with documents, etc.). The exceptional comfort of the rooms, the cleanliness of every space. The spa massage… pure bliss.

Budapeşteye tekrar gelirsek herhalde başka oteli denemeyi bile düşünemeyeceğiz!
Pros:

Konumu, yenilenmiş dekoru, odalarda klimaların (sıcak/soğuk) tam çalışması, temizliği, personel ilgisi ve kibarlığı kahvaltısı herşeyi ile mükemmel bir otel. Bizi sinir edip tatilimize gölge düşürecek tek şey göremedik. Bravo doğrusu!

Cons:

Beş yıldızlıyız deyip insanlara neler sunduklarını görüp mutsuz nice tatil geçirdikten sonra otelin beğenemediğimiz tek unsuru bile yok. Tekrar bravo sizlere

A disrupted stay
Pros:

The room was super nice, bed very comfortable and everything was clean.

Cons:

Hotel room was very nice and as all nice things, came with a price. The sad thing was that we "discovered" at 7am that the Nobu Restaurant is undergoing renovation works and they start to drill and hammer early morning so that they can finish by 10 "not to disturb the conferences". Sadly seems they are ok with disturbing guest sleep. We had to change hotel so it was not the best experience and absolutely not aligned with the room price.

Staff told us that they are communicating this to everyone and everywhere before booking, in our case was not true. We have both booking and email communication and there is no mention of this. At least they let us shorten our stay.

The breakfast was pretty standard and for the type of hotel we would have expected to be able at least to order something an not have only buffet and egg station.

A real treat
Pros:

Very luxurious experience in a fantastic central location. The Spa ( pool , sauna, steamroom) was a treat after sightseeing

I didn't visit the spa. The room was a good size for both of us. Quiet. Location was ALL.
