לא נראה לי שאף פעם כתבתי ביקורת שלילית על מקום
אבל לצערי אני רוצה לכתוב שהייתה אכזבה גדולה מאד במיוחד לאור המחיר ששולם.
הגענו לרגל חגיגות שנות נישואין.
החדר לא היה ממוזג
היו תורים של רבע שעה לצ'ק אין בקבלה (!?)
היו תורים לא הגיוניים לארוחת הבוקר, כולל זמן שלקח למציאת מקום ישיבה על ידי המארחת. ובסוף נמצא מקום רחוק מחוץ לאזור ההסעדה
האמבטיה בחדר לא הייתה נקיה.

חופשה מצוינת בדן תל אביב
Pros:

חגגנו בר מצווה לבן שלי ולרגל האירוע שודרגנו לחדר עם נוף לים וגם הביאו לנו לחדר בקבוק יין אדום ועוגיות מקרון.
הלוקיישן מעולה, החדר היה נוח, ארוחת הבוקר היתה מצוינת, הבריכה היתה מצוינת, יש שחמט ענקי ליד הבריכה ונהנינו לשחק. היתה חופשה מעולה.

הכל היה טוב אצלנו.

המיקום, הניקיון, הרוגע השקט והשלווה במלון, ארוחת בוקר הכי טובה שאכלנו במלון, שירות מדהים ובריכה חיצונית עם מלח ים ופנימית מחוממת.

Fantastic location, lovely pool & Spa. The furnishings and style of the hotel is beautiful.

Cons:

Customer service 2 out of 4 days not offered coffee with breakfast and no machine to self serve. On 2 occasions front desk person just kept doing their own work and did not acknowledge me or say they might be a few minutes. Just ignored me in silence in what seemed like 5 minutes to complete their work. The only restaurant in the evening was cafe 99, no staff or customers were there I sat for 30 minutes from 7pm and no one came to serve. I ended going to another hotel for my meals due to the lack of options. I also met some amazing staff at the hotel as well so customer experience was very inconsistent.
