Everything! Very friendly staff, not a pretentious vibe at all despite the fact it’s a very fancy hotel. Beautiful room, lovely bar, great breakfast. Really good sized bathroom too and a very comfortable bed.

Gorgeous room with great amenities. The staff were all great to deal with and even left us a bottle of chilled champagne on arrival. We enjoyed the Resident's bar during our stay too.
The breakfast was fabulous but we would have like buffet options for cooked food too.
Absolutely stunning hotel it very much lives up to its standard of a 5 star hotel. The service was in comparable. The hotel itself was stunning, elegant, luxurious, and of course the artwork was sensational. And the location was unbeatable Would highly recommend.
There is a lovely calm ambience, warm welcome from the minute you arrive at the front door right through all staff in the hotel. Room was lovely, very enjoyable meal in the garden room.

This was a wonderful experience, from the minute we exited the cab to our departure. the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms and open spaces were beautifully appointed and neat. there were plenty of offerings at the different restaurants, and again the staff at each was great. The hotel is also in a perfect location for getting around and seeing sights.

The staff are friendly, attentive, and exceptional without ever being in your face. They somehow anticipate what you need before you even ask, which makes the service feel effortless and incredibly special.
The accommodations are spectacular: luxurious, beautifully designed, and impossibly comfortable. Every single detail has been considered, and that level of care is ‘chef’s kiss’!
It’s the kind of hotel that makes you immediately want to plan your next stay. Honestly, I could live there.
