Staff amazing
Pros:

The Thai hospitality was outstanding. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and professional. Despite several issues during our stay, their attitude definitely improved the overall experience.

Cons:

The hotel clearly needs a major renovation. The property is nearly 30 years old, and it shows: both the infrastructure and furnishings feel outdated and not up to modern five-star standards. Basic amenities are missing, such as power outlets or USB ports near the bed, and the Wi-Fi and TV systems feel old and inefficient. The rooms themselves are also disappointing. The mattresses are very uncomfortable and of noticeably low quality, especially compared to what is shown in the promotional photos. The food was another weak point. Breakfast is quite basic, with limited variety and overall low quality. The international dinner buffet, while priced as expected for a five-star hotel, does not deliver an experience that justifies the cost.

Finally, during our stay the hotel was extremely crowded with large, noisy groups, which made the atmosphere chaotic and far from the relaxing experience one would expect from a property like this.

In summary, a hotel with great potential and excellent staff, but in urgent need of renovation to justify its positioning and pricing.

部屋からの眺め、サービス、ロケーション、すべてにおいて大満足です。ホテル内のレストラン”THIPTARA”での夕食もとても美味しかったです。朝食ビュッフェもレストラン”THIPTARA”でしたが、とても満足です。
ホテルからの送迎ボードが１時間に数本出ており、BTSサパーンタークシン駅やICOM SIAMへ無料で連れて行ってくれます。ホテルに向かう際は、BTSサパーンタークシン駅からボードに乗ると便利です。

Cons:

特にないが、強いていえばジムが狭いことくらいかな。

Cons:

Our room initially smelled of smoke as it appeared the last guest had been smoking in the room, but the staff were really kind as swapped rooms for us so this was not an issue
