Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful three-night stay at The Peninsula Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful rooms, immaculate facilities and breathtaking views of the river.

What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The level of service was outstanding and made our stay truly memorable.

It is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, and we can’t wait to return. We would highly recommend The Peninsula Bangkok.

My stay at The Peninsula Bangkok was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s beautiful riverside location, luxurious rooms, outstanding dining, and impeccable service made for a truly memorable experience. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Kay and Ms. Yu at the front desk, who were professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend The Peninsula Bangkok to anyone looking for a first-class experience, and I look forward to returning.

Old world luxury, service and unparalleled comfort
Pros:

The Peninsula Bangkok is the standard that all other hotels should set for themselves!
The hotel and their staff are exceptional in every way. Every single detail is precise, purposeful and executed to perfection. This is not a modern hotel but the decor and room fit outs are full of charm, history and comfort.
The food at breakfast is delicious - a la carte and buffet. Coffee and tea in China cups and silver tea pots, with room service delivered on a fold out table!
The pool area is one of a kind in Bangkok, a real luxury in the heart of the city and a very easy crossing to Sathorn - do not be put off by the location, just get the boat to the other side then catch your Grab.
We will be back and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Bangkok.

Great hotel, lovely experience
Pros:

The Peninsula never disappoints, stylish luxury, beautiful location, amazing staff and great pool. Our room had amazzinf ruver veiws. We joined the free cooking class by the pool restaurant, which was great fun too. The complimentary boat to the ICONSIAM mall was easy and the food hall in the mall is great.

Cons:

Everything was lovely. Only niggle is that breakfast wasnt included in the price of our very expensive room, which is pretty standard in most hotels we have stayed in around the world of this caliber.
