Wow this was my first time at Mount Nelson and I was blown away. The staff was lovely, the food was delicious and I was helped by Thuli who was so welcoming and kind. Will be coming back!

What a great experience! The rooms are fabulous (large, well appointed, great bathrooms). The breakfast buffet is photo worthy. Simply amazing spread of everything imaginable. The High Tea service is not to be missed (although the service was a little slow). This place is a classic!

Thuli served us our hight tea and she was absolutely amazing! I am gluten intolerant and they created a hot chocolate from scratch for me, it was the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. The gluten free food was fantastic - it didn’t even taste like it was gluten free. Everyone here is so friendly and the overall experience I would give an 11/10.
