We were very fortunate to stay at The St Regis for a few nights before our cruise and it did not disappoint. The service and attention to detail was immaculate throughout our stay. Overall our experience was fantastic, luxurious and elegant. Highly recommended
My wife and I have had the pleasure of staying at high-end hotels around the world for the lat 25 years. The St. Regis Rome was probably the pinnacle of all our past experiences.
Unsurpassed staff, spectacular room, not a thing out of place, And not a single issue of even minor consequence arose during our entire visit.
We've never experienced more friendly and helpful personnel, special kudos to server Marah and hostess Giorgia in the Lumen Restaurant.
If you're going to Rome this is simply THE place to stay.
St. Regis Rome provided the best hotel stay that my family has ever had. From the moment we were welcomed at check-in, the experience was perfect in every way. We recently stayed for a few nights on either end of a side trip to another region of Italy, and the entire staff - from the head of guest relations to housekeeping - made it feel like our home away from home. We will never stay anywhere else in Rome, and plan to include Rome in our 2027 Italy trip specifically to come back to see our friends at the St. Regis. I could rave about this hotel for days, so here are a few highlights from our stay:
-The hotel is perfectly located and convenient to so much that Rome has to offer, yet not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It's a quiet hotel, and it feels very calm.
-The lobby is gorgeous and inviting, and our restaurant experience was wonderful. The food and drinks were delicious, and they have great cocktails and wine list. The service for breakfast, lunch, aperitivo and dinner was unmatched - a VERY special thank you to Pietro and Sonya, who really made us feel like family every day. They were exceptionally gracious with my clunky Italian (studio l'italiano, ma non lo parlo bene) and went out of their way to make my kids feel welcome - extra candies and croissants, fresh squeezed juices, hot chocolate, I could go on. We were so happy to see them every day, and sad to say goodbye.
-My daughter lost her favorite stuffy on the first day of our trip, and every single person we spoke to about the problem was so kind. They were very understanding, and went above and beyond in their efforts to search for the stuffy and to make sure that my daughter knew that her concerns were valid and she was being heard. They presented her with an adorable wolf stuffy with a St. Regis Rome hoodie, and when we returned after our side trip the assistant manager (unfortunately, her name is escaping me) brought my daughter a giraffe stuffy that she has not stopped hugging since returning home. She also gave my older son an awesome St. Regis Rome hat that he's been wearing non-stop.
-Room was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable - great A/C, luxurious toiletries and perfect housekeeping services each day. They quickly set up the extra bed that we requested and left us several special little treats and surprises throughout our stay.
Las instalaciones son impecables y el personal muy amable y familiar.
We had an amazing time at the St. Regis Rome. Everyone was very welcoming and the service is unparalleled.
The check in process was seamless….we got upgraded and the room had champagne and tart awaiting us. The service in Lumen was impeccable….Ash, Georgia and Mauricio were amazing.
Everything at this hotel was exceptional
The staff were friendly and the space was beautiful
Nothing
The Hotel was Great! Beautiful Clean Room.
Great room, comfortable bed and awesome staff. Elizabeth, David, Manuel and Antonio were so helpful!
We felt well taken care of and had a great stay!
Fantastic hotel
All good
While we've been to Rome three times before, this was our first time staying at the St. Regis Hotel. And what a stay it turned out to be!
Initially, we were ushered through the front door and treated as if we were some kind of visiting royalty. When we finally made it to our room we were overwhelmed by its size, its overall cleanliness, and it's excellent air quality. However, as great as the room was, it was exceeded by the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff. And don't get me started on the high quality of the Chefs, Servers, and the food in the dining area.
Would we go back? We're all set to return in January, 2027!
This is an outstanding hotel. It is centrally located in the historic part of Rome, with an amazing atmosphere and restored architectural infrastructure. The staff are professional, polite, and most courteous, reflecting proactive management. The suites are spacious, the cuisine superb, and nothing is too much trouble. Truly memorable!
We have been coming to the St. Regis Rome for 30 years now, and it never disappoints. My son and I first came to visit family when it was the Le Grand Hotel in the 90’s. Now 3 generations later we are all together!
They treated my precious grandson like royalty. He sleeps with his St. Regis Roma fox that they gave him.
Thank you Guilio for your kindness. You are one of the reasons for exemplary service throughout the St. Regis.
Salvatore, you are like family, you genuinely care.
Location is great, food in the lobby was very good. My view from my room was nice.
Fond memories again, we will be back!
First of all the location of the hotel - it is very close to main points of interest - Spanish Steps, Berberino Gallery, Via del Cosrso, etc. From the first minutes you feel personal and genuine warm attention to you as a guest, with all staff attend you with a smile and positive vibes. It was feeling like family to us, providing I am travelling with 8.y.o son who was feeling just excited although the hotel has very strong feeling of grand palace and history. We had nice activities in the hotel, which are considered to be more like old-money style - Afternoon Tea, Sobrage, and Luxury SPA treatments, but main applauds go to the food and gastronomical experience in the hotel, from breakfast (special stars go to bakery corner) to the restaurant themself. We had two excursions while in Rome, golf-car one which we particularly liked, and Vatican visit which was a bit not what we expected but still hotel concierge was extremely attentive to everything which was under their control. Just to mention - the hotel appearance and maintenance, and quality of finishing and style - is just state of the art. We would definitely return.
nothing
Everything is beautiful
Breakfast , staff
Turn down service made big noise banging doors while they visit other rooms , we had early morning and try to sleep.
Security issue , you could use elevator and enter the floors without key. You dont expect that in big city. Not very professional approach to security.
