Transport z lotniska organizowany przez hotel fatalny Dopiero po telefonicznym kontakcie pojawił się ktoś na lotnisku.Ponad godzinę oczekiwaliśmy na taxi wodne zamówione przez hotel .Pomimo opłaty za transport indywidualny płynęliśmy z innymi pasażerami Zapłaciłem 400 ero za transport na lotnisko .Transport opóźniony o 1h . Musiałem pojechać z kimś innym aby zdążyć na samolot . Obsługa hotelu pozostawiła nas w porcie hotelu tłumacząc że muszą wracać do pracy.

Nous ne portons pas d’habits de marque, etc car nous n’avons pas autant d’argent que certains clients et nous avons donc eu le sentiment d’avoir été moins considérés que d’autres clients de l’hôtel
frühstück toll, zimmer einrichtung toll! an sich wirklich ein wunderschönes hotel, zu dem man auch immer wieder zurück kommt um abseits von venedig etwas ruhe zu haben.
alles an armaturen etc etwas veraltet, einrichtung am pool und strand und in restaurants etwas billig im vergleich zur ausbauqualität des hotels..
shuttle nach lido geht neu nur noch abends bis um 21uhr, naja

Struttura storica e maestosa al Lido di Venezia: appena arrivi, respiri la storia e il fascino di chi ha vissuto questo hotel nel corso del tempo. La piscina è molto bella e il servizio navetta andata e ritorno per San Marco è comodissimo, elegante, di alto livello e incluso nel soggiorno. Molto buoni e originali anche i cocktail al Blue Bar. Ottima la pizza alle castraure presa in piscina.
All’arrivo non c’è un punto comodo dove lasciare la macchina e non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci. Avevo prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale, ma ci siamo trovati con due letti singoli accostati. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiare stanza, i materassi sono stati uniti con topper e lenzuola, ma la soluzione non era del tutto confortevole: al tatto si percepivano chiaramente gli strati e i materiali aggiunti sopra i materassi, rendendo il letto meno comodo del previsto.
Nel bagno, cosa piuttosto sorprendente per un hotel di questo livello, il doccino non aveva un supporto dove poter essere appoggiato, costringendo di fatto a lavarsi usando una sola mano. La colazione è discretamente ricca, ma un po’ confusionaria, con le consuete attese per ricevere le bevande calde.
Le policy del parcheggio risultano piuttosto complicate e, in generale, costose. Inoltre non mi è rimasto chiaro se il minibar in camera fosse incluso oppure no: non era indicato come “complimentary”, ma non erano presenti nemmeno i prezzi. Collegandosi al QR code si vedevano solo i prezzi di alcuni prodotti.

breakfast was very good indeed. better than our previous stays. sadly the weather was poor for May so we were unable to use the beach. the room was very comfortable and we were pleased to have a balcony and sea view.
your concierge service particularly Alessandro is very good indeed. we have had excellent service from Alessandro Amadio over the years
the wifi in our room on floor 6 was very poor.
it was disappointing that the shuttle service to and from San Marco finishes as 9pm. this does not enable one to have supper in Venice. the shuttle was the main issue for us. firstly we were not informed when booking that luggage is not taken on the hotel shuttle boat. this was very annoying and incurred an additional cost. also as the weather was poor it was not great that there was not an awning at St Marco so you could shelter when waiting for the boat. also.... the shuttle drivers all had different approaches ti how many passengers they would take. some only took 12 and were very strict others were not. the shuttle boat was the biggest issue and made the stay less relaxing then the wifi
Tout était parfait. le buffet du petit dejeuner est magnifique, on a mangé sur la terrasse face à la mer. la chambre est spacieuse et confortable, le personnel tres serviable et la bateau-navette pour rejoindre l'ile de Venise rajoute une petite touche luxe à l'expérience.

The shuttle boat service to the city is somstimes too crowded and cannot take all waiting guests. They the have to wait for the next one. The hotel should have a 2nd, reserve, shuttle boat for such situations.
