여행업 23년 하면서 이런 병신같고 거지같은 호텔은 처음 봤음
예약확정 후 결제까지 완료된 객실이 취소 되어 있었고
리셉션 직원의 대응도 전혀 전문적이지 않았고
체크인 할때도 불편했고
결국 손님은 체크인 하는데 2시간이 넘게 걸려서
엄청 큰 불편을 겪었음

공식적으로 컴플레인 하고 손해배상 청구 하겠음
절대로 그냥 넘어가지 않겠음

쓰레기통에서 별 5개를 주워다 붙인것 같은 거지같은 호텔인듯함

분명히 예약 확정을 하고 경비까지 다 지불하고
갔음에도 불구하고 호텔 리셉션은
예약이 취소가 되어 있었으며
직원들은 응대하는 방법이 너무도 불친절하고
전문적이지 않았음
도대체 어디서 별 다섯 개를 주워 와서
5성급 호텔이 됐는지 모를 정도로 엿 같은 호텔이었음 체크인 하는데 2시간이 넘게 걸렸고
결국 취소된 객실은 사용하지 못하고
현장에서 1,700유로를 결제하고
객실 두 개를 새로 예약을 했음 체크아웃 할 때도
카드로 1,500유로를 새로 결제하려고
시도했었으며 체크인 하는데도 시간이
너무 오래 걸렸음
이런 호텔은 별 다섯 개를 쓰레기통에 다 처박고
모텔 급으로 운영이 되어야 함

Amazing Hotel in Madrid !
Pros:

I've stayed at this luxury hotel several times before and I can say it's an incredible place to explore and comfortably stay in Madrid.
The breakfast is spectacular, the place and the food is amazing !!!!
And I also have to mention that the best service at reception is from Mr. Juan, always attentive and ready to solve any problem.
I'll be staying there again soon...
