Maybe the small size elevator but it’s a minor issue
I've stayed at this luxury hotel several times before and I can say it's an incredible place to explore and comfortably stay in Madrid.
The breakfast is spectacular, the place and the food is amazing !!!!
And I also have to mention that the best service at reception is from Mr. Juan, always attentive and ready to solve any problem.
I'll be staying there again soon...

I gave them 9 because the hotel location is a little pit far from the attractions need 15 to 20 min walk.

Fue una estancia muy agradable, casi tal cual la esperaba.
Sólo sentí no poder tomar el café bajo la cúpula, por estar llena las dos veces que estuve.
Creo que tuve un cargo en la factura que no es correcto (un cargo del minibar), que no se corresponde con haberlo consumido. Pero no he caído hasta haber revisado la cuenta en el e-mail, y no he hecho la reclamación... Tampoco me resulta muy preocupante. Pero desconozco de dónde viene el fallo.
Quizás ha habido un error en la cadena, y se me ha cargado lo de otra habitación. Lo digo para que lo contemplen para evitarlo en el futuro.
