Contraté dos habitaciones una para mis padres y una para mis hijas pequeñas y para mi , en la reserva que no tenía posibilidad de devolución no se por qué solo marcó un adulto y un niño pedí que ampliaran y me lo cobraron hasta ahí todo correcto, error mío pago el extra pero cuando llegamos nos dieron pagando lo mismo sin el extra dos habitaciones la mía con cama supletoria estaba bien , pero la de mis padres era una habitación individual alejada de la mía , que por ese precio me parece una broma , en el armario cabían tres perchas y la estancia eran seis noches ósea no se pudo desehacer la maleta.
No entiendo cómo pueden dar esa habitación cobrarme el extra en la otra y darme una habitación individual que por precio y hotel me parece lamentable , no he recibido ni disculpa, ni compensación, ya que son tan estrictos para cobrar la cama supletoria de una niña de 9 años , pedimos cambiarla que nos pusieran las habitaciones juntas ya que íbamos en familia y no se puedo por que daban otra separada.
