Our stay at Maria Cristina, a Marriott Luxury Collection Hotel in San Sebastián, was truly one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, every team member made us feel genuinely welcome. The front desk team, valet team, and housekeeping team were all exceptional. A special thank you to Patricia for her warm hospitality,whose professionalism, talent, and genuine care were remarkable, Rodrigo for his outstanding service, the Executive Housekeeper as the MoD he went above and beyond.
The entire team demonstrated excellence, warmth, and a true passion for hospitality. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service and welcoming spirit we experienced throughout our stay.

Opted for their top end Buffet Breakfast and went a la carte. What a fantastic experience,wonderful crab and truffle omelettes superb pinxtos and pastries all washed down with cava and coffee and served impecably.

We absolutely adored our stay at Hotel Maria Cristina. From the moment we arrived, the staff made our family feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was warm and kind to our little kids, but the bellmen were especially wonderful. A special thank you to Andres, who was incredible throughout our stay. Our children looked for him every day and were always excited to see him.
The location is perfect for exploring San Sebastián, with everything easily accessible on foot. Our family room was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The in-room amenities were thoughtful and high quality, making our stay even more comfortable.
The gym was surprisingly well-equipped, far better than what you typically find in a hotel, and the lobby coffee bar was a welcome treat after morning runs around the city.
Every detail of our stay reflected the hotel’s exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend Hotel Maria Cristina to families visiting San Sebastián.

Staff were very polite and professional, the gym was amazing and overall hotel feel was very luxurious.

Terrific 5-star hotel in the heart of Donostia / San Sebastián, walkable to everything. The service provided by the staff regularly goes above and beyond.
В целом проживание было нормальным. Хоть и попросили за 3 номера 1500€ депозит. Авторизовали карту, прошло больше 20 дней с момента выезда, деньги так и не вернулись или разблокировали на моем счете. Ужас еле отношение, я знаю как работает банковская система и знаю что возврат средств происходит чуть ли не моментально. Сотрудники отеля не о пускают транзакцию и ждут ее автоматического возврата. Если бы это были последние деньги которые находятся уже более 2 недель в блокировке из за отеля, то вы бы могли сломать чью то судьбу и разрушить жизнь. Потому что людям просто не будет на что жить!!!!
