Cons:

Le bruit constant des portes de chambre qui claquent fort au point qu'on a l"impression.que l'on rentre dans votre chambre.

La literie de basse qualité : le moindre petit mouvement est ressenti par la 2ème personne dans le lit.

Le spa payant pour les clients de l'hôtel.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety

Cons:

The casual dining restaurant could have had a few more options and at least one more server…our server was excellent and personable…but rushed off his feet trying to look after the patio

Kurze Wege, gutes Frühstück und eine super Lage zum Strand. Die Mitarbeiter sind unfassbar hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider gibt es einige Schallprobleme. Kleinste Geräusche übertragen sich quer durch alle Zimmer.

180€ une nuit pour des gens simples, c'est décevant.
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique. Le personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Pour la chambre 190... La mauvaise isolation de la chambre, du bruit toute la nuit, voiture, camion qui manœuvre, camion poubelle, voyageurs qui marchent dans les couloirs.
Un pommeau de douche plein de calcaire. Des dévidoir à savon qui ne fonctionnent pas.

Cuando vuelva a Tenerife, sin duda volveré a este hotel.
Pros:

El desayuno inmejorable. Cortador de jamón. Variedad absoluta. Atención por parte del personal exquisita.

Cons:

Nos pareció todo perfecto. Cenamos la primera noche en el bar y todo fue amabilidad. Para recomendar.

Luxurious and lush property!
Pros:

The hotel and adjacent pool and spa are superior! The landscaping is lush; all lounges and restaurants well maintained and beautiful. Just across the street is a lovely park with many walking paths.
