très bel hôtel, extérieurs et jardin, grand hall
magnifique piscine
gym impressionnant et très bien doté
petit déjeuner de très grand standing

Cons:

manque de décoration et d'originalité dans les chambres, pas de tableaux, bibelot, étonnant pour un 5 étoiles
salle de bain austère
pas de sèche cheveux
oreiller peu confortable
ne pas dormir au dessus du bar, car les espagnols dinent tard ...

El hotel es muy tranquilo, la piscina está muy bien. Muy bien el buffet libre de desayuno, la atención y el servicio

Cons:

Quizás lo peor para mi hayan sido las habitaciones. Recalcar positivamente la comodidad de los colchones y la limpieza. Constan de plancha y esterilla para hacer ejercicios. Quizás eché en falta utensilios en el baño (cepillo de dientes, pasta, etc)

Ontbijt, fitnessruimte en zwembad. Rust

Cons:

Alles met QR code, op vakantie wil je geen telefoon bij je hebben en vaak werkte de link ook niet. Bij scherm groter maken om het leesbaar te krijgen , klapte de site er telkens weer uit, de wellness was niet op niveau

Hotel ben posizionato vicino al centro, ottima piscina ben attrezzata e riscaldata. Palestra ben attrezzata. Buona colazione.

Cons:

I dettagli, la doccia perdeva, il bagno si allagava. Il doccino era di qualità misera rispetto al resto dei sanitari.

The property is absolutely the best hotel in Santa Cruz, always staying there on my business trips.

Cons:

The airconditionning in our room did not work, which was unfortunate as it was really hot outside.
We contacted the receptuon, but the actions did not follow.

Cadre exceptionnel. Très bien situé très proche d'un parc magnifique et des rues piétonnes animées. Parking payant à 20m. Très belle salle de sport, piscine et spa
