Le personnel est merveilleux et très attentionné, l’architecture de l’hôtel est incroyable, la situation parfaite et la nourriture juste exceptionnelle.
- One of the most visually gorgeous hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Visually pristine and stunning. Make sure to take the hotel tour.
- Staff was exceptional: friendly, accommodating and catering to every need.
- Rooms are comfortable and Byredo products are a very nice touch.
- Bar Americano was a nice place to wind down with a cocktail after a long day of sightseeing.
- Our own issue, but the first night was so incredibly hot because I couldn’t figure out the heating system.
- Chromecast or streaming services didn’t work on the TVs, were left to either watch the news or else my laptop.
Magnifique hôtel très bien situé, personnel très agréable, bar et petit déjeuner impeccable.
Chambre un peu petite et mal agencée compte tenu du prix. Il manquait un bureau dans la chambre et pas de toilette séparée.
Un soir la couverture n’a pas été faite. Il "traînait" souvent de la vaisselle (tasses etc.. ) sur les guéridons dans les couloirs menant aux chambres.

Coincidir con un evento no adecuado para un hotel de lujo y no estar a gusto en la zona de tomar algo.
Everything in this hotel was just flawless! From the minute you step in, the entire staff (too many to mention!) takes such good care of you. You feel so welcome the day you check in and until the day you check out. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Housekeeping was super and a special shout out to the bell hops who were always so helpful and friendly:-) Loved chatting with them every day! The on site restaurant was amazing and the jazz in the American bar was perfect to end the day! We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay:-) This is hospitality at its finest! Bravo!!
The hotels billing department is so incompetent! They put a hold of $2700 by mistake after we checked out and it’s still not resolved! It’s been six weeks since we checked out and even after multiple messages and assurances, nothing has changed. They just keep kicking the can down the road! Booking.com has not been any help either! All of the wonderful time we had there has been tainted because of this issue.
