Credit/Debit Card Policy:

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Park Tower Knightsbridge has a maximum occupancy of three people per room. Rollaway beds are single beds and only one is permitted per room.

The hotel will allocate bed types rooms subject to availability and can only take requests for king or twin.

The concierge people, especially Franke, we're helpful, thoughtful and friendly. She anticipated our needs, executed our special wants....she went beyond our expectations. Kudos to Franke!

Cons:

It was an effort to get a bucket of ice. It was a lot, 2 buckets a day. We like ice. Originally, we were being charged for every time we asked for a bucket of ice. However, after speaking with the asst Mgr, the charges were erased. We put the bucket in our fridge which lengthened the melting time of the ice cubes. Such a minor thing with a happy ending!!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Every member of the reception team was very understanding, helpful, and always willing to assist. I requested an extra night’s stay, and the staff member who helped me was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Overall, all the employees were outstanding and made my stay even more enjoyable

عند وصولي تم تسليمي غرفتي وتبين بان المكيف لا يعمل بها بشكل جيد ، حيث طلبت توفير غرفه أخرى إلا انه تم الاعتذار لعدم توفر اي غرف أخرى ، حيث قمت بتسجيل الخروج بشكل فوري ( اقل من 15 دقيقه )
بالرغم من عدم خطائي تم استقطاع قيمه الليله الاولى وتم احتجاز مبلغ التامين ( تم استرجاع التامين لاحقا )

من المفترض عدم استقبال اي ضيوف او عدم استقطاع اي مبالغ عند وجود اي مشاكل فنيه في الفندق ، حيث تبين وجود شكاوى عن سوء اداء التكييف ويتم التبرير بارتفاع حراره الجو و كبر حجم النوافذ ( تبرير غير منطقي مطلقا ) ، كما تم اقتراح توفير مبرد متنقل إلا أنني رفضت الفكره وتبين كذلك عدم توفره.

تعتبر هذه المره الثانيه لي والتي أواجه فيها مشاكل فنيه في هذا الفندق واتوقع بان الفندق بحاجه لاعاده التجديد.

ولكن بشكل عام كان تعامل الموظفون مهذبا جدا
