Credit/Debit Card Policy:
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check-out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Third Party Credit Card: Third party credit card forms are not accepted. Bank transfers and CHAPS payments are accepted.

Direct Bill: Direct billing is only available after approval of the credit manager. The company to be invoiced must fax an invoice request to the hotel and include the specific charges to be invoiced.

Park Tower Knightsbridge has a maximum occupancy of three people per room. Rollaway beds are single beds and only one is permitted per room.
The hotel will allocate bed types rooms subject to availability and can only take requests for king or twin.

We had a wonderful stay at The Park Tower Knightsbridge. I’ll start with the only downside and then move to everything that made the stay memorable.
Cons:
The building is definitely showing its age. You can see some wear and tear in the rooms and certain parts of the property. Nothing that ruined the stay, but it is noticeable.
Pros:
The service here completely blew us away.
While checking in, the front desk staff member, Lokesh, noticed from my son’s passport that it was his birthday. We didn’t mention it and didn’t even realize he had noticed. A few minutes after reaching our room, we received a slice of cheesecake with a handwritten birthday note for him.
About an hour later, the hotel surprised us again with a soft toy and a box of truffles, along with another handwritten card signed by 4–6 hotel staff members wishing him a happy birthday. That level of thoughtfulness was incredibly touching and completely unexpected.
Location:
If you want to stay in the Knightsbridge area, the location is excellent. It’s very close to Harrods, great restaurants, Hyde Park, and easy to get around London from here.
Rooms:
The room size worked well for our family of four, which is not always easy to find in London hotels. The view from the room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a very thorough job every day. The bathroom was also a good size compared to many London hotels, although the shower shape was a little unusual (probably due to the building’s circular design).
Breakfast:
As Marriott Titanium members, we received complimentary breakfast for two adults, and it was excellent. Pancakes, waffles, avocado toast, and omelettes were freshly made to order. The service during breakfast was again phenomenal. One of the staff members (a Spanish gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) remembered our names and our order from the previous day — and we only stayed two nights.
Overall, while the building itself could use some updates, the service and staff — especially Lokesh at the front desk — made this stay truly memorable for our family.
