Pobyt był doskonaly, już planujemy kiedy wrocimy!
Pros:

Wszystko! Przepiękny ogród, przepyszna kuchnia w restauracjach, doskonała obsługa! Wszystko bez zarzutu! Bardzo polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi ale nie tylko, kazdy bedzie zadowolony!

Wszystko mi sie podobalo!

This was a lovely stay, very relaxing we will come back for a longer stay !
Pros:

We enjoyed the hotel ! Loved the little note in our room ! The night auditor was really nice and felt sorry for our airplane delay ! The breakfast buffet was really nice and the fact that we can go to have breakfast until 11am is amazing ! The reception were always here to get us local taxis!

Cons:

We didn’t receive any message about conciergerie , on helping us on how to fully enjoy and organize pour 2 days holidays (while leaving we heard a couple checking in and the reception asked them if they had any plans and if they needed help to organize their FOUR day stay !) . The housekeeping team knocked 4 times on our door in the morning when we opened they just said sorry and left , they ended up waking us up multiple times ….
We asked the reception if we could get a late checkout to really enjoy the hotel because our plane was at 9pm and check out was at 12, we only got one extra hour , we understand that this is not a team issue and that other clients are checking in after us , but knowing that we arrived late the first day we would of liked a little gesture !

Pros:

Excellent Staff , good size clean room , excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Having to pay for the Hotel internet as an add on is a bit rich in any hotel these days let alone one that is
supposedly in the premium class.. Not good.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Umgebung

Cons:

PreisLeistung in keinem Verhältnis. Speisen und Getränke massiv zu teuer, waren zum Vergleich im Zafiro die Woche davor. Personal war auch stark überfordert, vorallem im Service. Für uns kein 5* Hotel, obwohl das Hotel an sich sehr schön ist! Aber da haben einige 5* Hotels mehr drauf!

Pros:

Toller Shuttlebus zu den verschiedenen Golfplätzen.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet war etwas chaotisch und es war in dieser Zeit leider nur ein Hotel Restaurant auf. Aber die Karte der Bar war gut.
