Echte aanrader heerlijk relaxen en golfen
Pros:

Het personeel was super behulpzaam !!
Top niveau , receptie, restaurant en ontbijt we hebben genoten van ons verblijf !

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, schöner Ausblick auf den Golfplatz, gute Betten

Cons:

leider Trinkwasser gratis nur, wenn man Marriott Member wird, ebenfalls das WLAN. Beides scheint mir heute in einem Hotel dieser Qualität Standard gratis

Nice, second time but not sure would go back again
Pros:

Great location near golf and Palma town

Cons:

Now all getting a bit dated, our room above the breakfast lounge noisy from 6:30, pool not heated 22 degrees and sign saying pool closed all the time although there were lifeguards ?
Taxi queues are a debacle !

Frühstück war gut, Personal sehr freundlich, Aussenpool schön, aber leider offiziell noch geschlossen. Innenpool öffnet erst um 8 Uhr - für Sportler/Golfer oft etwas zu spät.
Gartenanlage sehr schön. Zimmer brauchen eigentlich ein update; insbesondere die Fenster- teilweise blind und nicht richtig schliessend (Lärm und Gerüche) und die Telefone (funktionieren nicht richtig für inhouse9

Das Hotel ist prima aber die online Startzeitenreservierung deutlich verbesserungswürdig!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Cons:

Wir haben vorab Startzeiten über die arabellagolf homepage gebucht und vermeintlich auch mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Vor Ort mussten wir dann leider feststellen, dass alle Buchungen aus dem System gefallen sind und wir deshalb viel Ärger mit neuen Startzeiten hatten. Das stellt man sich in einem 5-Sterne Golf Resort anders vor!

A beautiful hotel with amazing access to golf courses and fantastic staff
Pros:

All members of staff were exceptional. Always very helpful and going beyond what was required. We have a daughter with a severe food allergy and the staff dealt with the situation brilliantly. She was very comfortable eating in the restaurant. We could not praise the staff highly enough.
