Almost everything

Cons:

When I booked I accidentally booked room with no breakfast, i asked them to change it with price upgrade. They did all their best not to do it to get 200 myr for two person every day. As a result every day I was having breakfast outside for less price and higher quality

J’avais booké deux chambres , le jour du check out je voulais juste garder une des deux chambres jusqu’a 15h car mon vol etait tard le soir , ils l’ont gentiment fait comprendre qu’il fallait payer un supplement … pour une chambre qui va rester vide la nuit d’apres, un petit geste aurait ete la bienvenue mais bon , j’ai deja eu des complimentary check out late partt dans le monde mais la , j’etais deçu par ca

Pros:

The service was just nice and the waitress is friendly.The food was so scrumptious that is even better than we had expectedly. The price of the buffet was also reasonable as the food is mouth-watering and fresh.

The Sheraton Imperial Hotel the hotel is good the hospitality of staff is very good the restaurant Buffet is good so many Options I went Club Lounge that one also very good but Ali Owais in the Club Lounge he was so friendly and cheerful Person as A person I like the way he speaks very softly and willing to help always

A “Can’t go wrong” hotel. Good value and great service!
Pros:

These days I’m pretty strict with my reviews. But I like to give the public as much info as possible.
This property was great in all respects.
From the moment I got out of the taxi to the send-off 5 days later, service from every employee was a smile and their hand on their heart.
All the things that you’d expect about a 5 star hotel are where they should be; room decor, cleanliness, temperature, security, food etc.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how good the breakfast was as well as the sports facilities.
Breakfast was surely among the top 2% of all 5 star hotels that we’ve been to.
The selection is mind-boggling. Service was equally good.
The pool, steam room, sauna, hot jacuzzi, cold plunge and locker room were tops! All working and spacious.

On the negative side, there’s not much. The sauna could use new wood on the second level as there’s breaking up of sections of the wood.
Also, the food in the Club Lounge could have had a better selection of vegetarian foods in the evening Happy Hour. They had mostly “finger foods”.
Also, try to get a high floor as motorcycles are riding at all hours with screeching loud motors!

So, In summary, this property is one of the better value 5 star hotels where your money goes a lot farther.
Lastly the light rail is just across the street. Clean, safe and fun to explore neighborhoods.

From the front door welcome, to the state of the rooms, service, staff, everything was excellent. Largest variety in a buffet breakfast we've ever seen. All food and beverage staff were excellent, but special mention to Ashfak at breakfast for his delicious iced mocha's, and Ali Owais in the Club Lounge for his friendly service and willingness to please. We had a great stay,and survived the unseasonal heat! Terima Kasih.
