Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel

Very good

This Sheraton property far exceeded my expectations leading to a fantastic stay in KL at a very reasonable price.

Located just steps from the Medan Tuanku monorail station, the hotel's location makes it easy to get to using the airport's KLIA Express train during the day and to easily explore other areas during a visit.

The lobby offers a great first impression during check in and is the first place to meet the staff who are always very friendly, welcoming and professional no matter what area they work in.

The high floor King room was large, comfortable and well sound proofed for a very relaxing sleep environment. The separate dressing room has lots of storage space and a double level safe that will fit even the largest laptops. The bathroom is also very big with plenty of toiletry items provided free of charge. A very nice city view compliments the feel of the room.

An outdoor pool is a great place to relax during the very hot middle of the day, with plenty of covered areas to avoid sunburn. Pool temperate was just right every time.

But the highlight of this hotel has to be the breakfast buffet which is HUGE. 8 or 9 different food stations across a whole floor covering everything from toast and cereal to salads to Asian hot dishes that change every day and even a create you own noodle bar! For those who like their breakfast sweet, the pancake and waffle station even has multiple ice cream options. If you like Indian food, a chef is on hand to make fresh roti in front of you. The staff here are super friendly and after the first morning addressed my by name every following day without looking it up. The attention to detail here is a credit to the hotel's management.

This will be my first choice hotel in KL from now on.

I rarely review my stays but this is one of the best Sheraton properties I've ever stayed at. The first thing I'd like to mention is how warm and welcoming I felt on arrival --please let the doorman, Mr. Mokhtar (hopefully I wrote his name correctly!), know that I was very happy with his service and the hospitality I've received during my stay. Overall, the property is situated in a very central location with access to the metro, as well as plenty of high-quality restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean, spacious, and well lit! Definitely would come back here again!

The ambience was just as lovely — cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed meal. It had a really nice vibe that made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.

A special shoutout to Thivan, who took care of us throughout. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. He made great recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

A very wide variety of good food and well set up for Iftar. Service is also good and helpful especially Ms. Zariekha.

Very modern, clean with excellent staff. The Club Room and rooms on the Executive Floor are very good indeed. Great location, next to public transport being very close to the major tourist spots.

One night of a very special experience.
About 45 minutes from the airport around noon and one hour 45 minutes back at 6 PM.Terrible traffic in KL!
At the hotel absolutely attentive and wonderful staff.
Especially Anwar who is the concierge and was very helpful in getting us all information we needed. Logan made a phone call to the hotel in the Maldives when we couldn’t get through on our phone to arrange for a transfer over there. Hassan assisted us with the checkout on 38th floor when there was a long line up downstairs. Flossie at a business lounge on the 38th floor is absolutely wonderful. She has a great sense of humour and was very kind in getting us a few extra delicious cookies all the way from downstairs.
We stayed in room 3703 which is a suite in which an emperor would feel comfortable! The bed was huge and very comfortable, and the sheets made of silk completed the luxurious experience.
The breakfast was spectacular with different stations devoted to different cuisines including Malaysian dishes.
We actually changed our plans and decided to fly back through Kuala Lumpur to stay at this hotel again!

Good location, excellent food and services at the restaurants and club lounge. The housekeeping service was outstanding throughout our stay. The room was always immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard every day with neatly arranged amenities. Special thanks to Naim who made our stay perfect! We will be back again soon. Going there few times for their buffet, and recently came for their buka puasa, to be honest, as a food lover, wo will travelled to penang just for nasi kandar and will drove back to KL afterwards, you guys did not great, but Excellent, service was perfect, food taste was chef kissed. You guys keep on topup and dont give the chance to let it empty. The ambience and arrangement eventho it was full house, i still feel that i cant have a conversation with my frien without getting interupted by the surrounding. Last but not least, Kudos to Mr Tyvan and the team! Will definitely come back!
