Hotel was in a good location, walkable distance to bars and restaurants in the area where you could have a beer and a view of KLCC.
I was not able to adjust the in-room temperature, despite toggling various settings so the room was really freezing cold.
Very good location.
In the evening the cook was frying different foods in the area conected to the hotel lobby and all the hotel had a fries fish smell.

Pour couronner le tout, nous avons validé une semaine à 1400eur sur Booking mais Sheraton nous facture 1700eur.
Nous avons voyagé dans de nombreux Sheraton et ce n'était pas ainsi.
Location, stuff and food
Superb location. Very good meals.
All the tiles floor including in the toilet evaporated and wet bcoz of cold temperature. We have to wipe it ourselves. And there is stagnant water in the toilet.
