Pros:

Location is excellent, breakfast is very good and the staff at breakfast are great.

Cons:

Housekeeping was still cleaning the rooms at night, and did not clean everything. The room phone to call reception was not working.

They first allocated room number 626 which was terribly bad with no day light . After complaining they upgraded my room to 443 which was in the same quality in my previous stat

Buena estancia para pasar dos o tres días
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta para conocer el centro de Sofia y el metro está justo al lado. El desayuno completo pero algo repetitivo para estancias de más de cuatro días. El personal de recepción muy amable.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza no es el correcto para un hotel de esta categoría. La camarera de pisos cada día se olvidaba de alguna de las toallas del baño. El primer día al llegar, ya tuvimos que avisar a recepción porque solo había una para la ducha. Los baños de la planta sótano del hotel, no tenían papel WC, ninguno, y no estaban demasiado limpios.
