We had a truly exceptional stay, but what made it absolutely unforgettable was the remarkable hospitality of the team — and especially the outstanding care of Anastasia.

From the very first moment we arrived, Anastasia made us feel genuinely welcome. A thoughtful welcome surprise in our room set the tone for everything that followed, and her kindness continued throughout our stay with attention to every detail. Her professionalism, warmth, and natural ability to anticipate guests’ needs are simply rare. She is a true asset to this hotel and the main reason our experience felt so special.

We would also like to warmly thank Dimitris at the reception for his professionalism and willingness to assist us at any time.

Before our departure, Anastasia once again went above and beyond by offering us a late check-out and even helping arrange a room so we could stay comfortably until the very last moment. This level of genuine care is something you don’t easily forget.

This was not just excellent service — it was heartfelt hospitality. A sincere thank you to the entire team, and especially to Anastasia, for making our stay so memorable. People like Anastasia are the reason guests come back.

Pros:

Nice palace, clean and big rooms, perfect position near to all monuments. Well served by transportation.
Nice view upon the place.

Cons:

The gym did not fully meet my expectations. It is a bit small, and the number of treadmills could be reduced to make space for more strength equipment such as a Smith machine or a barbell rack, which would greatly improve the overall experience.

Breakfast was good, but there is room for improvement. The coffee from the machine was not the best, the eggs were not prepared in a timely manner, and the juices did not seem fresh.
