We love our stay in the hotel. The Front of House team were great, especialy Francesca.
Pros:

Magnificent hotel with the best location in Sofia.

Cons:

No car access to the main entrance. Our taxi from the airport had to drop us to a barrier and we had to drag our suitcases to the main entrance.

Месторасположение, удобный матрас и подушки.

Cons:

В номере отсутствует шкаф для одежды, подставка для чемоданов (принесли по просьбе), мусорное ведро отсутсвовало, пришлось просить. В душе отсутствуют расходники - ватные пэды, шапочки для душа, зубные щётки, рожок для обуви... Проще сказать, что было - мыло, шампунь, кондиционер, крем для тела. Второй банный халат пришлось просить. Полное несоответствие для 5 звезд. (номер 463).
