Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Unser Zimmer war perfekt, groß und jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Wir kommen wieder!
Alles perfekt!
Zentrale Lage, direkter Zugang zu den öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Unser Zimmer lag direkt gegenüber einer anderen Bar, die sehr laute Musik spielte. Als wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten haben, wurde uns dieser Wunsch unmittelbar erfüllt. Vielen Dank, wir sind mit 2 Kindern gereist.

Der Pool war an nicht sonnigen Tagen sehr kalt,wahrscheinlich durch die Klimaanlage des angrenzenden Fitness Raumes. Lärm durch die aktuellen Bauarbeiten.

The experience from yesterday’s visit was so awesome that until this morning I am finding myself raving about it. The ambience, the food and especially the service provided by two particular staff, Carmen and Lily! These two epitomizes what a great service is and made my special day truly special!
Never disappoints! I love this hotel and we always stay here when visiting SF. Great location, easy walk to SF MoMA and the Ferry Building. Cocktails at night in the downstairs bar because the staff is just so nice. Love the complimentary snacks too! Our housekeeper was fantastic. That’s a job that often goes overlooked but she treated us like we were VIPs. I won’t stay anywhere else!
We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent for exploring San Francisco, and every member of the staff was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the wonderful woman at the pool/gym area who brought our children apples, water, and pool floats—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable.
The indoor pool was beautiful and perfect for young children, giving them a great chance to burn off some energy after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was also very good with plenty of options. Our room was on the smaller side, especially considering the price, but the beds were comfortable and we slept well. Overall, we'd happily stay here again.

The rooms were a little dated but it still was nice
The Palace Hotel was spotless. The room was excellent as was the food. Beautiful architecture, linens and room care. We ate each morning at the breakfast buffet at Garden Court and also a lunch. The first day we had such great service and food, we asked for our waiter Sam again everyday. He did an outstanding job. Even our bill on checkout was perfect. We would highly recommend the Palace and would stay there again.

Personnel ruse et rude / impolie
The hotel is well positioned right beside the Montgomery BART stop and it’s well positioned for San Francisco tourism. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nicely presented but the water pressure of the shower was poor. My room was on the 5th floor.
Please be alert to the $40 daily supplemental charge. It wasn’t apparent to me that it had been included. It carries a daily credit for use in the hotel and other supposed benefits including bike rental and tickets for MOMA. When I remonstrated about it at the end of my stay the helpful receptionist extended me $60 credit which was worth half of what
I’d spent unknowingly and for nothing on the charge over my 3 night stay.
Also be alert to wifi charges which start at $15 a night. Although I understood these to be waived for those with loyalty benefits they were still added to my bill. Again, the helpful receptionist took the charges off, but only after I’d spotted them.
All in all a pleasant, huge, Grand Dame hotel in the middle of things, but check your bill.
