Disappointment - cheap services

Staff was generally nice.
Location is very decent.

Cons:

Booked a 40m room and they gave us a small room in the beginning (they said it was around 30m but it felt way smaller) and when I realized and went back to the reception they said they don’t have any larger room ready and that we need to wait some hours, being already hours past checkin time. We had no option but to wait, but obviously our evening was ruined.
They gifted us a panettone, but when we had our bags moved from the small room to the actual room it was forgotten, didn’t ask for it as we did not wanted it anyways, but this shows the kind of service they offer.
After first day of cleaning the glasses in the room disappeared and evey time we asked for some empty glasses in the room took hours to receive them and we had to ask for them so many times.

Fantastic 3 days in this beautiful hotel
Pros:

My son and I were both upgraded to a suite, everything beautiful and comfortable. The scent of jasmine greeted us and wafted all around during our stay. Clever planting of trachelospermum.
