Everything was generally okay, the room was clean and comfortable.
My room had no hot water, however my stay was really short so I wasn't able to inform staff about the issue.

I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
Despite having a confirmed booking through Booking.com for a non-smoking room, I was initially assigned a room in a separate building on a smoking floor, without prior notice or consultation. After multiple visits to reception, I was moved between different buildings, including one without an elevator, which was unsuitable as my mother is elderly and unable to use stairs. None of this information was disclosed in advance.
I clearly informed your staff that I have asthma, and the smoking environment forced me to use my inhaler daily during the stay. Due to exhaustion and the short duration of the booking, changing hotels was not a feasible option.
This experience reflects a lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to honor the booking details. Had I been informed in advance about the unavailability of non-smoking rooms, I would have chosen a different hotel.
I kindly request that this issue be reviewed to prevent similar experiences for other guests. Based on this stay, it would be difficult for me to consider returning.

My kids enjoyed the swimming pool.
The service was a bit disappointed. Initially I got my cards for the room. However when i opened the door I found another quest inside.
Second, the service in club lounge was bad.

Great location within walking distance to Jeddah Corniche and nearby cafes like Overdose. The beach area is lovely, and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay.
We stayed in the annexe building and the room did not meet 5-star standards. The bathroom was extremely small and poorly designed — the shower flooded the entire bathroom every time, the shower head could only be used while detached, the toilet bowl was stained, the flush button was rusted, and the sink never had hot water. The room had an unpleasant smell, dirty curtains, broken bedside lamps, and very limited amenities. Overall, it felt more like a budget hotel than a luxury stay. The pool was also very small.
The property had a lovely pool and it was very close to the Cornish where there were lots of fantastic coffee shops. The lobby was so fun to sit in and the staff were very friendly.
The pool closes at 6 PM which feels quite early for myself.
Unfortunately there was a lot of banging noises both nights so I didn’t get a very good night sleep although the room was very comfortable
