اعجبني الموقع الاستراتيجي في قلب الكورنيش و الطاقم الاستثنائي ابتداء من تسجيل الوصول مع الجميلة مشرفة الفندق و انتهاءً بخدمة الغرف و المرافق و تسجيل الخروج و المواقف المجانية للضيوف ، ايضا الهدوء والاسترخاء ..اعطوني الغرفة المجددة في المبنى الملحق لعدم وجود شاغر في المبنى الرئيسي و كانت من اجمل و افضل التجارب التي حصلت عليها غرفة ذكية فاخرة و مريحة بكل المقاييس ..شكرا شيراتون من ماريوت

Honeymoon Stay
Pros:

The manager resolved an issue I've had with junior staff having very low clearance for support.

Cons:

Staff are not empowered to resolve simple requests such as late checkout (which is the norm in all hotels). If you don't wanna empower your staff, make it a paid service it would shift responsibility and customer dissatisfaction.

Location was great!

Cons:

It’s a bit dated and old fashioned. I think the rooms could do with new bathrooms and carpets were old and worn.

جميله لكن اتمنى اعطي اقتراحاتي بكذا شي لشخص مسؤول
Pros:

تعامل الموظفين وكان تصرفهم مع ان يغيرون غرفتي زينه صح كان ودي بالمبنى الجديد لكن حصل خير

Cons:

لا شيئ لكن ودي اتدخل شوي بستايل الغرف الجديده وودي
