The hotel itself looks nice and the location is convenient. The room was comfortable once we were finally able to check in later in the day.
The service and check-in experience were very disappointing. I informed Booking.com that I would arrive between 3–4 a.m., and they confirmed that the hotel had been notified. However, when I arrived after renting a car and driving from the airport, the staff refused to allow me to check in and said they had not been informed. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but the staff member claimed he was the manager and did not offer any solution except to call a number. Because of this, I had to leave the hotel, find another place to sleep, and pay for another room until I could return later in the afternoon.
Additionally, room service was difficult to reach and food was left outside the rooms. I understand it is Ramadan and the hotel may be busy, but guests paying for a stay should still receive proper service.
Location was good. Near the Red Sea mall so convenient
The shower is very small and the water leaks from the shower making the whole bathroom wet
. On check out I called for the porter. I waited a long time and no one came till I went to reception and brought one up with me. We were rushing to the airport , the taxi was waiting , it was very unprofessional

Location to the corniche was good.
Unfortunately I was in the external buildings and on several occasions I had to complain about the food being cold. I had to call housekeeping on several occasions to clean my room as I would often go out for the day and come back and it had not been cleaned. I had to call one evening and they finally cleaned my room at 6:30 pm. The condition of the room was dated and needed a deep clean and was certainly not representative of a four star hotel. I had to extend my stay due to work and was ordered to go to reception immediately to pay for that extension rather than paying on check out. The stay was not a favourable one, but at least one or two of the reception/ front desk staff could not be more helpful.

Location is perfect, right at the Corniche and very close to lots of cafes and restaurants.
Service is wonderful. Special thanks to John from housekeeping team and to Camille (hope I remember the name well) from the Club Lounge.
The room is a good size, with a really nice sea view. When I had a small issue with the shower, it was solved very promptly.
Really recommended place, and I would gladly come back at some point.
Minor, but when asking the team if they could order a taxi for me, they mentioned they do not do that and I should download Uber app instead.
At the end all worked out.
The hotel is in a great location with a wonderful swimming pool that the whole family could use (no dress code). The staff was fantastic, helpful, and extremely friendly. We arrived well before check-in, and the staff did everything they could to ensure we had our rooms as quickly as possible. The breakfast was fantastic and varied.
I missed information about breakfast availability during Ramadan. I think it's worth informing non-Muslims about changes in meal times.
