الفندق قديم الاطلاله زجاجيها قديمه لاتفتح مغلقه الاستقبال لاترحيب ولاخدمه حمل الحقائب الا بعد ان تطلب منهم

كل شيء :
1- حجزنا غرفه على اساس في شيراتون طلعت الغرفه برا الفندق في مبنى برا وغرفه رقم 1202 وكانك بواب كل لي يدخل ويخرج يعمل اصوات ازعاج داخل لغرفة
2- افشل منيو افطار شفتو بحياتي ولا كانك بفندق شيراتون 5 نجوم صراحة انا مصدوم
3- المبلغ مقابل الاقامة تخيل معي سعر الغرفة لليلة واحدة يترواح بين 250€ وانت لاتستطيع ان تنام من الاصوات والازعاج والله كانك بواب مش نزيل في الفندق.
4- الدوش والله كارثة واثاث قديم جداً كانك في حمام مراقد او مراكز ايواء مش فندق بحجم شيراتون
صراحة لن اكرر زيارة هذا المكان في حياتي ولاانصح به ابدا .

Food and the staff are great
I was put in a room that wasn’t in the main hotel and the room was really dated, shower was poor, main pool was closed the full 8 days I stayed there but I got told there was another pool 2 minutes walk away we could use, this poor was really bad with no facilities there what so ever and only 4 sun beds to sit on, also I couldn’t use the gym as it had no air conditioning and was blowing hot air out the air conditioning units, this trip cost me and my wife over £1400 to stay at the hotel and we was left really upset and disappointed
