Exceptional service and perfect Bangkok stay
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. The front desk, luggage service, housekeeping, and team members throughout the lobby and restaurants were all consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. It truly felt like they cared about making every guest’s stay special.

A special thank you to the incredible team at the pool and The Sala restaurant/bar — Meena, K, Fang, Auan, MJ, Fern, Folk, Good, and Ploy. Their service was outstanding. They remembered our drinks after the first night, always greeted us warmly, and made every visit enjoyable. That level of personal attention really stood out.

The room was excellent, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and I especially appreciated their honesty and professionalism when they found 600 baht left in clothing I had sent for laundry. They returned it with a note along with the cleaned clothes — a small gesture that says a lot about the integrity of the staff.

Also, the Kaprao Pizza at The Sala was unique and delicious — a great fusion of Italian and Thai flavors that I highly recommend trying.

Overall, this is an amazing hotel in a perfect Bangkok location with exceptional service from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again.

Luxury Without Limits: Even After Check-Out!

I recently had a one-night stay at the Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit on 29th march, 2026,and it was truly exceptional. My only regret is that one night is simply not sufficient to fully enjoy everything this property has to offer—I highly recommend staying longer to truly soak in the atmosphere.
Highlights of the Stay:
• The Third-Floor Escape: One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful swimming pool area on the third floor. Surrounded by lush, tropical greenery.
The third floor isn't just for swimming; it’s a culinary destination.
o The Sala: This alfresco restaurant by the pool is stunning.
o The Living Room: Just steps away, this lounge offers a more sophisticated, "jazz club" feel.
• Flexible Guest Policy: I was particularly impressed by their thoughtful policy regarding amenities. Even after checking out, the hotel allows you to continue using the facilities. This was a lifesaver for making the most of my final day without feeling rushed.
• The Room: It was high rise room and comfortable with separate luggage store area.
• Unbeatable Location: With direct bridge access to the BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations, exploring the city was incredibly convenient. Also there is mall terminal 21 connected with overbridge.
• Breakfast: The breakfast spread at Orchid Café is excellent. Excellent service , caring and a lovely atmosphere.

I will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time!

Perfect location on Sukhumvit, but rooms need a refresh.
Pros:

The Sheraton Grande is perfectly located on Sukhumvit Road, with direct access to the BTS Skytrain. You are also directly across the road from Terminal 21 mall, which was super convenient for food and shopping.

The room was spacious and comfortable, although it is starting to look a little dated compared to other hotels in this price range. However, what really makes this hotel shine is the staff. Everyone was excellent, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.

Would stay again for the location and service, though I hope they update the rooms soon.

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommen. Toller Service in allen Bereichen des Hotels. Die Oase am Pool ist einzigartig und dies mitten in der pulsierenden Grossstadt. Die Lage ist perfekt und vieles ist zu Fuss oder mit der BTS gut erreichbar. Dies war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Sheraton Grande.

A very special thank you to the butlers, Nadia and Aum, who truly elevated my stay. Their service was impeccable—always attentive, discreet, and one step ahead of my needs. Whether it was arranging amenities, ensuring the suite was perfectly set up, or simply providing a friendly and welcoming presence, they made everything feel effortless and luxurious.

The Royal Suite itself was absolutely stunning—spacious, elegant, and designed with comfort in mind. Every detail reflected a high standard of luxury, making it a perfect retreat.
