המיקום של המלון פנטסטי. בלב שכונת סוקומוויט. אזור מרכזי , מודרני אבל גם עם כל המאפיינים של תאילנד מרחק הליכה לקניונים הגדולים. הצוות היה תמיד מסביר פנים ואדיב. הבריכה מדהימה והיוותה מקום נהדר לנוח בו, גם השירות שם היה יוצא מן הכלל.
כל האזורים הציבוריים היו מושלמים- איזור הבריכה , המלתחות, הספא והלובי. יחד עם זאת, החדר קצת מיושן, הצבעים החומים לא היו לטעמי וגם הסחלב המלאכותי באמבטיה לא כל כך מתאים למלון חמישה כוכבים . הטלויזיה ברוב המקומות שבהם היינו אפשרה גם סטרימיניג. למי שהגיע כמונו להרבה זמן זה היה חשוב אבל כל מה שכתבתי שיזניח
An amazing place at prime location. Great staff, great breakfast menu and great value for money. And super courteous staff. My friend forgot his passport in the room and we called the hotel reception. They went out of the way to find it, and had it sent to us at the airport in an hour since we reported it. Very helpful and proactive staff…..best stay ever at a hotel..

The property had everything we needed. We were made very welcome and had a great stay. The staff were exceptional, particularly the concierge team for whom nothing was too much trouble.

We had a comfortable stay here at Sheraton. Our butlers Aum and Nadia were very helpful in attending to our needs. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again!
The location of the hotel was so good that it was the best place to travel to famous tourist attractions! The breakfast was neat and varied, so I had a picky taste but enjoyed the meal. Also, the room was kept clean and the staff was kind. Staff Nadia, Aum, Kik, Dum were so sweet.🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 If you visit Bangkok, please visit this hotel!! Highly recommend!!
Love the happy hour lounge and jazz hours. Great music and atmosphere. All the waiters and waitresses are always friendly and attentive. Very kind everyday I come. Pam did a great job and so did Anisa…all the workers are wonderful always and do a great job! Always a millions smiles!Thanks to all!!!
What a fantastic hotel! Stay here all the time in Bangkok. Great location. Also Pam in the lounge service area is so attentive and so friendly. Great service!
Another stay at SGS for three nights at end February and as excellent as before. Rossini’s and the bewilderingly good quality buffet at the Orchid Cafe plus the early evening gathering at the Living Room were just as brilliant as ever.
The staff go out of their way to go the extra mile - each one of them - but particular mention of the ever charming and highly efficient Khun Bint and Kuhn Peary (apologies for any misspell.)
