We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It never fails to wow us. It’s not the newest hotel, but it has consistently excellent staff. The front desk, concierges, bellmen, and restaurant workers all deliver magnificent service. Rossini’s breakfast is wonderful. The setting, food, and service are all terrific. The concierges are among the most competent and knowledgeable we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Carl, the General Manager, regularly walks the hotel and engages with guests. Bangkok has the best concentration of excellent 5 star hotels in the world. We’ve stayed at many of them. The Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit is our favorite in Bangkok and perhaps in the world. It never fails to amaze us. Thank you for making the end of our Asian trip so satisfying.

I'm a Lifetime Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member and spent several hundred nights in Bonvoy hotels over the past 15 years. The stay at this property ranks among my top five most favorite. My husband and I literally don't want to check out this morning. From check in with Judy Lin, to the oasis swimming pool, to the staff in the Living Room, Orchid Cafe, and Rossini's, everything was PERFECT. Great elite member benefits - upgraded to a suite larger than my condo at home, free cocktails and wine every night in the Living Room from 1800 to 2000, amazing complimentary breakfast buffet, butler service, and ALL DAY Thai coffee and iced tea delivered to your room. We will never forget our stay here and hope to someday having the privilege of returning. Thank you!

raucherzone nur unten bei der lobby… sollte zwingend auch eine rauchzone beim pool geben.. dies sollte ansonsten zwingend beim reservieren dieses hotels erwähnt werden.

This hotel in the centre of Bangkok never changes.. The standards remain high, staff are helpful and pleasant . It’s like an oasis in the city. Connected straight to the Skytrain. Start the day with a Buffett breakfast- all types from around the world.Swimming pool is a lovely area. Sauna after a day shopping. Then cocktails in the Jazz bar with live music.
