Beautiful decor, comfortable and spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Location is central and conveniently close to shops and metro.
Firstly the staff were exceptional.
Secondly the location.
The hotel is far from a 'Luxury' status in my opinion. It is extremely dated and needs to be revamped.
The rooms are dark wood and very subdued lighting.

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous ne retournons jamais dans les mêmes hôtels pour découvrir d'autres structures, mais celle ci est vraiment a un niveau incomparable sur Bangkok (après plus de 15 / 20 voyages sur Bangkok)
Acces au BTS direct, piscine superbe, un personnel au petit soin, petit dejeuner très sympa. Il faut continuer comme ca !
Si vous aviez un espace supplémentaire pour divertir les enfants ce serait super, salle de jeux interieure, etc.
Vous avez déjà des attentions pour les enfants et c'est super agreable ils sont ravis !

The facilities including the dinning experience. Also the location connects to shopping mall and metro perfect for moving around. Being on Sukhumvit road gives an added advantage

La chambre est spacieuse et on a une superbe vue panoramique de la ville et de ces centres commerciaux au pied de l'hôtel, elle fait son effet en particulier de nuit.
Le personnel est très professionnel et très à vos soins à tout les niveaux ( serveurs/valets/bagagistes/ réceptionnistes / femmes de ménage / Managers ....)
La possibilité de déposer les valises à la réception avant le Check-in et aussi le Check-out ( service Gratuit ) pour faire du shopping.
Sheraton est fait pour des couples.
Le petit déjeuner a de large choix, très bonne qualité et vous avez du personnel pour vous servir à table le café/cappuccino/jus de fruit sur commande et aussi pour les plats. Les fruits sont frais et coupés sur place en directe par le personnel. Les jus de fruits sont excellents et sucrés naturellement ( vrais fruits pressés ).
La piscine est atypique et belle en particulier la nuit avec les effets de lumières très tamisées.
A proximité des centres commerciaux, restaurants et du métro aérien BTS ( station ASOK ), il y a une passerelle entre l'hôtel et ces lieux qui est très pratique.
Cet hôtel est presque digne de 5 étoiles.
Hôtel pas fait pour famille nombreuse, ne dispose pas de 3 chambres ou 2 chambres individuelles dans un même espace.
Il serait bien de nettoyer régulièrement les fleurs et les feuilles mortes dans la piscine car pas très agréable de les sentir sous les pieds.
The staff is so welcoming and nice. They always have a small attention for you. They noticed that my wife was reading a lot and they ler for us some bookmarks in our room with a adorable note. The breakfast is fantastic. Everything is above expectations in this hôtel.
