I traveled with my mom, and we had an incredible time at this beautiful hotel. Benoit was particularly kind and helpful in welcoming us warmly and with outstanding hospitality. We loved the petite suite we stayed in, and all of the little touches - like the lovely French soap to the welcome fruits and chocolates - really made our trip and this hotel so memorable. It was raining when we visited Paris but that didn't stop us from having an amazing time. The location is excellent and makes reaching a Metro stop or just walking around by foot super easy. And then the 11pm room service when we got back was delicious, as well as the breakfast the next day! Merci beaucoup for a wonderful and memorable stay. We can't wait to be back!
Everything
Nothing
I visited Paris many times and usually stay in best hotels in the city. It was my first visit In your property. From my point of view it’s best hotels I ever visited. Location, food, rooms and specially service just amazing. I wanna thank all stuff and from now I found my home in Paris, it’s your hotel. Would strongly recommend to all travelers.

Final Thoughts:
Hôtel Prince de Galles combines remarkable service, outstanding quality, and an unbeatable location to create a truly memorable stay.
An enchanting hotel nestled in the historic Champs Elysee area, where every interaction with the staff—from the front desk to housekeeping and bell staff—sparkles with warmth and welcoming smiles. Despite the cozy size of the rooms, they offer delightful amenities and a practical design. Shoppers will find this location ideal, with an array of charming restaurants nearby. While it might be a little distant from the elegance of Place Vendome, convenient train stations ease the journey. The dining experience is delightful, though there's potential for even more brilliance. This hotel is a hidden treasure for Marriott, with a boutique charm that captivates. Although the Marriott Bonvoy benefits are minimal, the overall experience is elevating.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for those wishing to immerse themselves in the vibrant Champs Elysee area within a beautifully curated and thoughtfully designed boutique setting.

I stayed at Prince de Galles for a special occasion, and it was special indeed. From the very first moment to last, the whole experience was 2nd to none. And special shout out to Laura, guest relations manager, she was amazing! I’ve stayed at most luxury brand 5-star hotels around the world, and this was one of the most memorable!
My husband and I just stayed here for a week and it was fabulous! We speak English and just a bit of French. The staff were all very fluent in English and were happy to speak English. The service was above excellent from reception, to the rooms, to the restaurants. The location is close the the Champs Elysees/Arc de Triomphe. We used the Big Bus to get to different areas and walked from those stops. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel that offers excellent service and accommodations.
We were warmly welcomed with a smile, checked in with our elite benefits recognised, and led to our room .
The well appointed Mosaic Suite was a perfect size for a couple staying for a week. I was on a post birthday celebration with my husband and this was the last leg of our 3 week holiday. A welcome gift, greeting cards and a delicious cake was waiting for me when we got to our suite. What a lovely welcome surprise! The hotel is in an excellent and convenient location ,mostly walkable to the places we wanted to go to. The suite was spacious, very clean, comfortable and on the quiet side of the building.
I was happy to have observed that in the interest of minimising food waste , (and probably a part of the hotel’s social responsibility and sustainability ) Luis, who remembered us from our last stay & Leo, would ask guests after breakfast if they would like to pack the pastries with some coffee or tea to go. Most guests including us happily obliged. Luis and Leo always packed it neatly in boxes, put it in a bag before handing it to the guests.
A very nice touch while keeping the level of luxury service. Both were always polite and very well mannered.
We also enjoyed the light meals and drinks at the 1920 . The servers were courteous and attentive as well.
On our last two days at breakfast though , I noticed and experienced that a server named Anjit and a colleague only left the brown take away boxes on the table for the guests to pack it themselves.
Other than this, the everything else was consistent. We were very happy to have seen the same staff that took care of us during our previous stay.
Our stay would not have been as enjoyable and memorable had it not been for the excellent care and service provided by Yu, Jose , Ike , Luis , Leo & Frederick. Merci mille fois! ❤️
We hope to back sooner than later.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Prince de Galles for an exceptional stay during my visit to Paris last week. The hotel was elegant, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a spacious room and luxurious bathroom. Every member of the staff was warm and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return to the Prince de Galles on my next trip to Paris. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Location
A little tired now, showers over baths are dated.
We arrived exhausted and the front desk welcomed us with an early check-in and an upgrade. The morning staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, and both concierges were outstanding helpful and gracious. The room was spotless, quiet and beautifully appointed and the location was perfect. A truly exceptional stay.
