Clean and well kept hotel in a great spot on the water! Staff was accommodating of our big wedding party coming through for the weekend. Dee & Kara were awesome at the front desk and helped me check-in early to store all our suits and boxes. Also Alexia was a big help checking out when she held the suit returns for everyone who had to leave early. Would stay again!

I want to take a moment to recognize Kara and Dee at the front desk for the exceptional experience they provided during my stay.

I’m in town on a work trip, and as many people know, work travel can be demanding. Between meetings, schedules, and the overall pace, it can sometimes be a bit stressful even when you love what you do. But from the moment I interacted with Kara and Dee, their energy was absolutely radiant.

They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their attitudes made checking in and coming back to the hotel something I actually looked forward to. It’s amazing how much of a difference great hospitality can make, and these two truly represent the best of it.

Kara and Dee turned what could have just been a routine hotel stay into a pleasant and memorable experience. Their professionalism, positivity, and friendly spirit made a real impact.

High kudos and high ratings to both of them. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel, and I’m grateful for the wonderful hospitality they provided.

The location is great. The view was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

This hotel has to one of best Marriott properties I’ve stayed in. Very professional and welcoming staff. The M lounge is also top tier. Lauren the attendant is not only professional, personable but does everything in her power to make you feel welcomed. Other locations could take a lesson in what outstanding customer service looks like.

The tv don’t work in the room that was reserved. Between Dee, Syd and Gab, they were able to not only get the room switched swiftly, they were able to accommodate my brother with some extras, since his wedding was the next day.

Ms. Gaberille at the front desk was friendly as always. Ms. Teriz is always so attentive in the concierge lounge. My favorite Indianapolis hotel for my staycation!

I was very disappointed and confused about the hotel service and booking details but front desk Gabby and Dee make it feel better and made me very welcome!!! They are 6 stars customer’s service. They ordered new bedding for me and always been courteous and always willing to help out with anything that needs to be done. They went above and beyond to help me with my comfort !!!

Front desk and the clerk by the name of Danica (Dee) was very pleasant and made you feel at home. The restaurants served great food!

Came to Indianapolis to visit a friend and do some Christmas shopping. We had a great time at the hotel bar and visiting the fashion mall next door. Ishelle at the front desk was so sweet. I strongly recommend this property and will be back during my next visit.

Love the location of this hotel! My friend came into town and we decided to book a room for more space. It is a great location but lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the highway too. It was a great price for a staycation for me, weekend getaway for my friend. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Was able to get a feather free room due to my allergy which is a must. Appreciated the free parking. Ichele was awesome!! So friendly!

Gab is the best! She helped us get in rooms together! We had such a great stay! She was super accomodating and creatively helpful!
