Everything was great,the staff,cleanliness,location.
About 1 a.m. the heat in our went out.We just messaged about it,it was to early in the morning to switch rooms or have someone come fix it,so we just stayed in bed under the covers.☺️
Hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. Staff was very professional and friendly when we arrived and left. Great location for where we needed to go.

The HVAC unit in my room didn’t work well and it was cold all night long. It doesn’t help that the blankets are little more than sheets

What a fantastic hotel! Ran into a small, minor issue, but Maxwell Hayslip and Deon Jones took care of it right away and were extremely professional! I highly recommend staying here and will be doing so moving forward.

Great service from Calesa at bar. The chopped salad was wonderful. Add chicken. Lots of blue cheese for the blue cheese lovers!
I just finished eating breakfast and to me the food was good, but what made it better was Serik who took the time to be attentive, polite and totally kind. Traits that are disappearing lately. The biscuits and gravy was great and the omelet also. Serik's service is the top of the day. Thank you Serik.
Upon arrival I learned my reservation/accommodations were incorrect. An error created by the 800# - not the local hotel. The changes would have upset our trip.
At the front desk, Paige and Maxwell immediately used their knowledge, experience and personal skills to correct to our satisfaction.
They went further, providing assistance with local recommendations and advice.
Having managed a few companies I can recognize valuable human resources. This hotel has 2 of the best.

I stayed here last Sunday and Monday and had an amazing conversation both days with the person working at the M Lounge named Brandi. She was incredibly helpful and very friendly to both myself and everyone else that stopped by. I'm glad there's still genuine people out there who can make the traveling experience feel so much more enjoyable.
