Extra Costs with Club Access
Pros:

Good location, was upgraded to an executive room with club access, good sized room with a good view of the river

Good gym and pool

Extremely disappointed with the club lounge, limited selection of drinks plus at breakfast there was an extra cost for an omelette, for the extra that you pay for the privilege for club access to be charged extra for an omelette was off putting, most hotels that offer included breakfast don’t charge extra

Will definitely consider other options in the future when visiting Brisbane

Good but could be better
Pros:

The hotel is generally good, professional staff, views on the bridge a little overestimated, good breakfast, comfortable rooms. The organization could be improved: the concierge located at level -1 is not convenient, and he was not in, so we had to wait too long for just a basic service. Check was a bit long too.

Well located property overlooking Brisbane River
Pros:

Well located and maintained property in the heart of Brisbane close to and overlooking Brisbane River. Staff (including Elizabeth at Executive Lounge) very attentive and accomodating. Happy to return again and enjoy facilities on offer.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff were not short of amazing. They went above and beyond as it was my friends 30th birthday. They offered us drink vouchers on the house, they had pre arranged for a bottle of champagne and cute birthday cake suprise in the room and on check out even had the chef carry our stuff down to the valet parking. Honestly, they were so friendly, and I would stay there again.
