Exceptional Service!
Pros:

I have to give a shout out to Irene Chew! I was having a personal issue and she came thru with flying colors, just Awesome and I believe she exemplifies the Complete Guest Service Experience and gets a 💯 from me. I also believe Guilia is her name at the front desk was very courteous and helpful.

Luxury, delicious food, great cocktails,close to all major sites and lots of amenities

Breakfast and executive lounge, meeting new friends in executive lounge

Cons:

Having to change rooms as air conditioner wasnt working and no maintenance over night to fix it. Did sleep all night got moved to another room same type but lower level and no hot water took 24 hrs to fix the hot water needed to use gym to have a shower with hot water.

Clean, comfortable the view was incredible

Cons:

The executive lounge didn’t have any drinks available. It was always empty. When it’s meant to be open 24/7. It would be all stocked ready to go all the time.

Only the Car parking staff behaviour is good.

Cons:

I don’t like the rooms they gave to us. Online the room they showed us was different and we were gotten different. We only booked this bcz on online there was different big rooms, kitchen and lobby room.the one we got is very small second the water in the tap were not coming properly last but not least they dont listen what we r expecting.
