Disappointing. We stay at your hotel very often so I expected better treatment.

I informed you 5 days before my departure that I need to check 1 day earlier and you said that it is totally fine and that you wouldn’t charge me, but Booking.com needed to send the request. Booking.com sent the request twice but you never replied. At the same time you kept reassuring me that I will not be charged but Booking needs to inform you. Eventually at my check out you charged me the additional night and then you informed Booking.com that you cannot help. Totally misleading from your side.

Cela fait 4 fois que nous séjournons à l'hôtel MARRIOT de BRISBANE et c'est toujours un réel plaisir.
Le personnel est serviable et l'emplacement nous convient parfaitement.

Cons:

Is this the best you can get for $400 per night?
Pros:

The location is great, and the facilities are decent. The room had a nice partial river view on floor 23. They gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine and some dessert for our anniversary which was very nice to receive.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was limited in parts. They had a bad choice of bread, with the main selection being standard supermarket sliced pans, no decent loafs or proper bakery breads. The hot food was too basic also, prepared in a way that was convenient for the chef but not of a higher quality, there could be a lot more effort by staff at this price point. It was the reason I probably wouldn’t book here again.
