Pros:

Great location in Provo city center, with free onsite parking garage.
Nice clean rooms with excellent service. Breakfast buffet or restaurant menu for an extra charge. We did not use the restaurant for dinner. Pets are not allowed

Our front check in staff was terrible. Super rude. Never experienced anything like this while traveling. Not sure what was up with her, but it was pretty unprofessional.
