Comfortable & great service !
Pros:

The service was incredible! Everybody was so helpful and so nice! The pool is beautiful and the rooms and bed were so comfortable and clean! loved our stay there!

Very disappointing stay!

Close proximity to the beach

Cons:

We checked in late due to traffic condition on the highway. When we arrived, it was around 8pm. The check-in staff informed us that we can NOT have a late check-out that day. And check out time was 11am. We literally went there for just for sleeping period. This was misleading that we weren’t informed about the check about the checkout time. Booking.com should refund a portion of the stay!!!

Everything we hoped for
Pros:

Gorgeous design, amazing location. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Our view was stunning and the room very comfortable.

Cons:

We would have loved to have a later checkout option.

Cons:

AC in room was not the greatest. Very loud through the night with doors closing hard and hearing nearby room flush toilet and take shower. Walls very thin

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely resort in Delray.
Pros:

Beautiful property with nice amenities including pool, spa, cafe, rooftop bar and restaurants

Cons:

Didn’t love our room right above the air handling units. They were not a nuisance when we were inside our room but quite loud if out on the balcony

Decent but not special or luxury
Pros:

Small room, miniature balcony, paid extra for valet parking (only option that was in the initial agreement), for chairs at the beach (very expensive 60$ per day you use it or not), also breakfast was very expensive as well as any room service

Cons:

Small room, incredibly small balcony, primitive sheets and covert, the way were assembled, very very bad pillows, synthetic, irregular and bumpy,
Obligatory valet parking versus parking in advertising, limited menu at drift restaurant and a strange moody waitress Liza, very cold on hallways

The Opal in Delray Beach is a wonderful couples getaway. It has everything, Pool, Beach, great restaurants (Drift) and the staff is amazing
