It was totally not worth the money i spent there
Pros:

Pool area is the best part of the hotel

Cons:

Wifi did not work, tv didn't work, we got stucked innthe elevator. Stuff in the Bolina restaurant were totally unprofessional, after they didn't have electticity they served old tomatoes as lunch for 16eur, the service was below average. They didn't care about any feedback in this hotel.

Em termos de alimentação devia ter uma ementa mis variada para almoço e jantar.
Pequeno Almoço com alguns contratempos, com alimentos sem condições de consumo, devem ter mais qualidade e atenção ao que colocam para consumo.

Pros:

Like many places in Monaco, the rooms are a bit dated, but clean and completely fine. The communal areas/restaurant are more modern and what you will see in the photos. Great location and located in a calmer, quieter area of Monaco.

L accueil en arrivant. Personne pour nous accueillir. On attendait dans notre voiture. On a pris seul un chariot pour déballer nos affaires. Mes enfants m ont attendu seuls le temps que je trouve à me garer car une autre voiture derrière moi.
A la réception aucune info sur l hôtel. Mauvais accueil et en partant ce matin on me fait payer 25 euros le parking. Personne ne m avait rien dit . Barrières ouvertes du parking. Une honte vu le prix

Samedi soir pour manger personne pour nous placer,attente pour etre servi alors que la veille personnel tres reactif
Aucun geste commercial sur le dessert menu enfant car pas de glace vanille du coup mousse au chocolat mais tarif carte
Un peu deçue qu il ne soit pas proposé une boisson gratuite pour 2 nuits avec les repas du soir pris sur place

Pros:

Accueil souriant et très pro, tout le personnel veille au confort du client. Chambre avec une superbe vue , spacieuse propre et de qualité. Ainsi qu’un grand lit parfait pour passé une nuit reposante. Petit déjeuner merveilleux , pour tout les goûts de quoi bien ce faire plaisir .
