Super mais bruyant dans le couloir le matin.
Pros:

La chambre était nickel, propre, confortable avec une belle vue. Les équipements étaient tout à fait approprié et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'emplacement était idéal.

Cons:

Malheureusement, le matin, nous entendions tout ce qu'il se passait dans les couloirs. Ca m'a donc réveillée et il y avait tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu me rendormir. De plus, le rideau permettait de ne pas faire entrer la lumière mais pas entière et donc la chambre était éclairée par la lumière du jour.

Les réceptionnistes sont aidantes mais le personnel du restaurant donne l’impression que toutes nos demandes étaient pesantes pour eux. On ne s’est pas sentis vraiment accueillis…

Une bonne adresse à Monaco malgré un confort simple.
Pros:

Une mention spéciale au personnel. Un grand merci à Andrea, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité ont été vraiment apprécié.
Je n’ai été en contact avec qu’avec des membres de la réception mais tous ont été exemplaires.
Sinon comme toujours la vue est magnifique et le bus et les parkings sont pratiques.
J’ai de la famille à Fontvieille alors pour moi la localisation est idéale.

Cons:

Cela faisait une dizaine d’années que je n’étais pas venue. À l’époque il y avait encore un corner Starbucks dans le hall.
J’ai trouvé que l’hôtel avait vieilli. Il est propre néanmoins et le personnel a sauvé mon expérience.
Mais les chambres et les salles de bains sont équipées au minimum.
Cela reste un très bon hôtel il n’est juste plus à mon goût.
