L accueil en arrivant. Personne pour nous accueillir. On attendait dans notre voiture. On a pris seul un chariot pour déballer nos affaires. Mes enfants m ont attendu seuls le temps que je trouve à me garer car une autre voiture derrière moi.
A la réception aucune info sur l hôtel. Mauvais accueil et en partant ce matin on me fait payer 25 euros le parking. Personne ne m avait rien dit . Barrières ouvertes du parking. Une honte vu le prix

Accueil souriant et très pro, tout le personnel veille au confort du client. Chambre avec une superbe vue , spacieuse propre et de qualité. Ainsi qu’un grand lit parfait pour passé une nuit reposante. Petit déjeuner merveilleux , pour tout les goûts de quoi bien ce faire plaisir .

Prima locatie. Je bent zo in Monaco. Het was ook zalig zitten op het terras van Bolinas. Perfecte bediening. Vooral Alessio was super vriendelijk!
Ik had enkele negatieve reviews gelezen ivm het ontbijt maar dat was nu prima in orde!

I received a free upgrade to a panoramic suite, which was great. I had a perfect view to the sea and the yachts, the room was very spacious, clean. Breakfast was very good. I also used the free shuttle service to get to the train station.
I had a very unpleasant check out situation which unfortunately decreased my opinion of the hotel. I asked for an invoice and was refused, told that I should ask Booking.com. I travel often and I know that it should be the property providing it, which I politely said, but the staff member seemed annoyed and was unhelpful, refused to do anything. I had to raise the issue with Booking.com afterwards and as a result the property sent me the invoice. This is not the level of service I expected from Marriott Bonvoy.
