Le restaurant était complet nous n’avons pas pu y dîner
Alors que nous ne nous attendions pas, nous avons été surclassés côté mer;de plus, l'hôtel se trouvait à deux pas du chapiteau où se tenait le festival du cirque de Monte-Carlo, événement pour lequel nous avions effectué le déplacement depuis la région lyonnaise.
Ce fut assez compliqué de se garer, car le parking de l'hotel était déjà plein à notre arrivée, alors que nous avions fait une demande préalable pour obtenir une place. Fort heureusement, à la toute dernière minute, alors que nous allions quitter les lieux, une place s'est libérée miraculeusement devant nous, car le véhicule en question étant électrique, devait aller rejoindre un emplacement spécial muni d'une borne.
À l'accueil, le réceptionniste nous a dit que l'on ne pouvait pas réserver de places en avance, surtout lorsqu'il y avait des évènements particuliers, comme un match caritatif cet après-midi là, organisé par la princesse Stéphanie ;mais qu'autrement, il pouvait toujours sé dégager une marge pour leur clientèle.

Location was excellent as reason for booking was attending football match at stadium next to hotel.
Good choice for breakfast, plenty of fresh fruit.
Room was a good size.
Tea wasn’t good at breakfast, the water wasn’t hot enough so after adding milk it was lukewarm.
pool area and common areas were nice
breakfast quality was mediocre at best -- pastries were made from frozen food (you could easily tell) and some bread had mold on it (staff saw it and left it there). Did not try meals given this experience.
room mentioned it had 3 beds and upon arrival 3rd bed was not ready (we arrived at 1.30am with two kids and had asked for it to be ready...). Also asked if my husband could get keys to put the kids to bed while I checked in and they said no (understand this is the process but when travelling with two small children and arriving late this would have been appreciated).

L'emplacement, très bien situé pour visiter Monaco et Monte-Carlo (navette à disposition pour aller dans le centre de Monte-Carlo).
La vue sur le port : nous avions choisi une chambre avec vue sur mer.
Le personnel : disponible et souriant.
Le lit est un peu trop mou pour moi qui ai mal au dos.
Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré.
