Lovely staff, ideal location and good facilities.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the facilities at the hotel were great.

Cons:

The TV in the room glitched after mentioning it to staff it was changed on my second night stay.
I also never had any WiFi connection in my room.

Good location, clean rooms and easy parking
Pros:

Great location for Heathrow, really easy parking (though like a lot of hotels these days it costs extra), good breakfast. They provided synthetic pillows as requested (due to allergies) which were great and room we had (away from the roads) was nice and quiet.

Cons:

Would have been good to have a few more options to eat (e.g. in the shop or the night menu) for those that arrive after the bar food service finishes. Rooms were nice clean just a bit dated for the price they are charging.
