Handy as a base for trips to Windsor
Pros:

We travelled by car, hotel was therefore easily accessed by road- just off M4. We were visiting Windsor Castle- close proximity by car. Also plenty of taxi options. Seems to be handy for airport also. Staff really friendly and helpful, ensuring our family’s needs were accommodated. Our room was spacious- double room for a family of four, a little dated but kept clean and fresh. Fridge much appreciated in the warm weather. Breakfast was excellent- definitely would recommend.

Cons:

Room a little dated- not an issue for us as it was clean and comfortable. Nice toiletries.

Great hotel, easy to find, plenty of safe parking, and close to Heathrow airport.
Pros:

The hotel is only a few minutes from J5 of the M4 motorway, and so easy to find. There is plenty of parking. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is also good. My wife and I stayed on the night of 14 June, before picking our son and his wife up from Heathrow T5 the next day. We stayed at the hotel again on the night of 28 June, with our son and his wife, the night before they returned home. On that night we had a table for a party of 8 in 'The Brew Bar Lounge'. Our server, Fiona, was fantastic, especially with our two very fussy teenage granddaughters, who had joined us with our daughter and husband to say goodbye to our son and his wife the night before they returned to the USA. My wife and I had also stayed there for one night, several years previously, before flying to the USA, leaving our car safely parked there for 2 weeks.

Cons:

Our room on the night of 28 June was very warm and no matter what I did with the thermostat it didn't seem to cool it enough.

Quality hotel, excellent stay.
Pros:

Excellent all round. Staff polite & helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Plentiful parking available. Quality breakfast. No complaints whatsoever. Delivered everything we expected.
