Great location for Heathrow, really easy parking (though like a lot of hotels these days it costs extra), good breakfast. They provided synthetic pillows as requested (due to allergies) which were great and room we had (away from the roads) was nice and quiet.
Would have been good to have a few more options to eat (e.g. in the shop or the night menu) for those that arrive after the bar food service finishes. Rooms were nice clean just a bit dated for the price they are charging.
Nothing hotel staff were unfriendly
Nothing it wasn't good
The staff and in particular the bar staff
The ageing bathrooms
Ideally situated for flying from Heathrow. Food, both in the bar and at breakfast was very good. Fiona in the bar is brilliant and should be recognised as such. Very pleasant and efficient- worth her weight in gold!!
Room 3208 - bathroom could use updating - shower screen does not come right down to the bath so leaks over the floor, rust on the toilet roll holder and rusty soap holder on the bath. Bath taps tarnished. Perfectly clean though.
Very spacious and good location
Nothing
Lovely staff from the front desk to the bar to the restaurant. Thank you.
Air con. I couldn't turn it off.
Comfortable, clean and easy to find
Price point is high for what it is
We always stay at this hotel when flying from Heathrow
Location staff hotel all good
Sometimes air con is a little bit noisy
My children were given a goody bag on arrival which I thought was incredibly sweet. The staff were all so lovely. The breakfast was delicious and so much choice. The hotel was decorated for Christmas which was so nice. The room was really big so great for a family. Just loved staying here.
The people next door waking us up with loud voices early on a Sunday morning.
