The location was close to local attractions but it was not walkable. I would have appreciated a location where you could walk to places. Uber rides to restaurants were less than 10 minutes away.
Jerry, who worked at the Bell hop desk, was great! He gave me restaurant recommendations and stored my bags after checkout. The front desk was also kind enough to assist a relative in picking up my bags from the Bell hop. Thank you!
When I attempted to check in, I was told they couldn't find my reservation and that it was canceled. I showed the front desk staff my email confirmation and gave them the reservation # but they said they didn't see it on their end. The previous day I called booking.com Customer Service to change my room type to get a less expensive rate. From there, I received an email confirmation. However, the hotel still stated they didn’t have a reservation for me and suggested I call booking.com. As I was dialing, the manager came from the back office and was able to find my reservation. This caused a 30 minute delay.
Also I waited 15 mins for an elevator because there was a big conference at the convention center and folks were holding elevators. There was a line of us waiting for the elevator and we had no idea what was going on.
Lastly, the rooms were clean but the hotel is older and it shows. There was chipped paint in the elevators and hallways... looks like repairs are happening though.

The stains on the bed sheet, comforter and chair cushion. The breakfast isn't complimentary for the price of getting a room, waiting hours for toilet paper, we ended up grabbing a roll of the cart in the hall way then was offered a roll about 2 more hours later.
The prices of the food is a bit ridiculous ( example: chicken quesadilla for $18, chicken tenders and fries for $18). Breakfast for 3 cost $89 before tipping.
Got stuck in an elevator for 5-10 minutes only because a guy on the outside pulled the doors open while a guy inside messed with stuff until it opened.
Dripping tub
Fridge was too small
No microwave in room

I asked to taste a sample of a Chardonnay that I wasn’t familiar with. The manager said “no”, so the waitress brought it out , I tasted it and didn’t like it. I sent it back and was charged for it. A taste of wine is standard protocol in the bar service space .
Everything took extremely long to come out , it was ridiculous.
