Decent stay for a night.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were very nice with a large comfy bed and good wifi. The breakfast was nice with a good choice. The bar area was nice and not overly priced.

Cons:

Air conditioning would have been nice in the room as it was very warm.

Perfectly comfortable stay
Pros:

Food was excellent and staff were superb.
Grounds are amazing and the general ambiance is perfect.

Swimming pool could do with a coat of paint.

Food is terrible. Gammon steak for example was a fatty mess.Even cooked breakfast is tasteless and bland. Not just us as other people stating their also mentioned it.

Hotel ist groß, etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Der Zimmer Reinigungsservice hat noch Luft nach oben. Zimmer war um 15.30 noch nicht gemacht.

Pros:

The pool was great. My kids really enjoyed playing in here. The lady attendant at the pool was also very nice

Cons:

Unfortunately we had a bad experience in the restaurant, we ordered our dinners but they didn’t bring anything out for my husband and the excuse was that they thought we were sharing a dinner we’re not children we don’t need to share our dinner, also the service was super slow. The manager had come over at one point saying that she would get us some free drinks and then she wandered off and never came back. also they called us at 11:30 pm at night when we were all asleep as we had an early flight the next day, which was super annoying.

Exceptional
Pros:

My room was beautiful, clean and had everything u could need. Staff were very friendly. Grounds were exceptional. I also had a trip to the spa and the massage by Jess was divine, Thanku for making my stay a gorgeous one x

Pros:

Was lower than average, carpet had burns and stains, location was difficult stay were not friendly or helpful didn’t tell me anything about the room area what’s available I had to ask.

Beautiful location, helpful, kind and friendly staff.
Comfortable room
Good breakfast
Good swimming pool facilities
Clean and tidy although some places are a bit tired, just need a lick of paint and a good carpet cleaner.

Cons:

There were quite a lot of guests, mainly people who were there to play golf. There’s nothing wrong with that, of course, but they were very noisy throughout the stay. I suppose at least they were having a good time!

One thing I did miss was a small fridge in the room for keeping cold drinks.

Great golf, the hotel and spa disappointing.
Pros:

The main reason we went to the hotel was to play golf and that lived up to expectations and standards. However, there was not one item of women’s clothing or anything that welcomed women in the golf area.

Cons:

The whole hotel was dated, it needs money spent on decorating all areas including rooms. The restaurant food was very basic although the staff were lovely.
