It’s beautiful location and nice and quiet
Nothing much
Breakfast and dinner were delicious, all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool was great, and the room was excellent. All clean and comfortable, quite on a night too.
Floor in the swimming pool changing rooms is very slippery.
Could do with a pool room/ games room for kids.
Lovely location, nice pool, lovely evening meal.
Wow oh wow ive never been here at all yet have heard the place be mentioned a few times the location of it is definitely in the country side and its so refreshing.
The atmosphere here is relaxing calm always something going on yet its not rushed or negative, even the room I stayed in with a friend of mine was very spacious, slept pretty well as the blackout curtains are ideal, the value for the hotel rooms, food, drinks and spa is a mixture as obviously I was a guest of my friend they treated me but I did pay for some drinks.
The cleanliness of the hotel is definitely kept on top of as they go above and beyond plus throughout the hotel its not nosey yet just at the right sound levels.
Will I be coming back i definitely want to come back and have spa treatments with staying over diner and breakfast so see you all soon.
Visiting on a golf break. Room a bit tired, shower over bath fixed and low down, no USB sockets. Dinner on day 1 took 2.5 hours for no apparent reason, all guests sitting in restaurant without meals, and when they came they were below par. The one positive about the whole experience is the staff, at reception and in the restaurant; an especial shout out to Neha who served us in the restaurant, she was always upbeat and tremendously helpful despite the kitchen problems.
Would come again but the hotel needs a bit of a facelift and more investment by the owners.
Loved the wildlife
Was told I couldn't go for run near golf course
Excellent property, staff go extra mile.

Food,staff and facilities
Too many golf players lovers
Could do better with having facilities for kids other than just a pool. Maybe an outdoor or indoor play area. Also could walk the grounds as people are playing golf and get told off when walking because of the balls. Maybe a delegate area for people to walk will make the experience better
Booked a one night stay to celebrate a wedding anniversary, child-free (very rare for us!) Room was clean and a good size. It had an interconnecting door to the next room which meant we could hear whole conversations quite clearly. On returning to our room around 11pm children were heard in the next room being loud which didn’t feel relaxing at all.
We used the spa facilities and paid for a treatment. The deep tissue massage itself was lovely, the therapist attentive and asked where I needed her to focus on. I felt so much lighter afterwards! A towel, slippers and robe were provided. The pool however wasn’t great. The design of the pool gives limited space for anyone wanting to swim lengths and having so many children in the pool, throwing balls and playing meant there was no real space at all to swim. I struggle to understand how spa facilities that by definition are for relaxing, accommodate young children who totally change the atmosphere for other guests (and that’s coming from a parent of young children myself!)
The package we booked - rejuvenate doa break - included dinner, which did mention either a 3 course dinner from a set menu or potential buffet style. We arrived on a Saturday and were told it was only a buffet that evening. Though told it was 4 courses, this consisted of a cold starter (salad) and a hot starter (soup), plus main and dessert. The main course was only Mexican - either tortilla wraps to make yourself or tacos to fill yourself with chilli. I’m not a big fan of either, so this was really disappointing. Dessert was bite size cheesecakes or sticky toffee pudding but there was no custard or cream to go with this, which I found very unusual. Overall dinner was a let down and to overhear this was £40 a head, I didn’t think was value for money at all.
The bar was also expensive at £22 for a pint of lager and a single gin and tonic.
Overall whilst I enjoyed my massage I felt the rest of the stay did not live up to our expectations of a relaxing and rejuvenating break nor matched the price we paid.
Room was my fern and fresh. Bed was gloriously comfortable.
早餐很好,酒店很安静。
设施有点陈旧,周围都是高尔夫球场,不允许闲逛。
