Aqua aerobic classes are held three times a week in the pool. During the following times the pool is unavailable for swimmers: Mondays 14:00-15:00, Thursdays 14:00-15:00 and Fridays 14:15-15:00.

Reception was excellent, upgraded to a very acceptable room, that was warm and quiet at night.
Breakfast was rather basic and quite expensive at £16 per head for what was provided.

Car park overflow, parked in disabled bay to check in wasn’t even in it 30mins & got a parking fine!!

Not happy to be told upon arrival that my room had been downgraded from a suite… no reason given save ‘an emergency’ which I don’t believe. I had booked a suite as I was attending a dinner in my honour. Offered a free breakfast in compensation which I did not want. Given £20 refund only. Why was I not told beforehand ? Room had no facility to plug in my I phone next to the bed, so had to pull out the bedside cupboards to find loads of dust and I def the bed.
