Very bad hotel!
The staff member lacked empathy; when I booked the room for 2 adults and a 17-year-old child, I paid for breakfast, but the employee informed me that I would only be entitled to 2 breakfasts and that my daughter was not included. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but besides being dirty, with a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door, it showed that the room had not been properly cleaned. There was dirt next to the bed, the carpet was not clean, and there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room, even though a non-smoking room had been reserved. In the hallway, there was a lot of noise from people talking and doors slamming late at night! The air conditioning was very noisy and there was no way to adjust the airflow, which blew cold air directly onto the bed and into my face!

Cons:

No services for relaxation and wellness as they are all currently closed for remodeling. Also the restaurant was ok at best and was the only one no other options other than offsite

I would stay again
Pros:

The hotel is very nice! Very clean and friendly staff.

Cons:

We had an issue with the sliding door to the balcony and there was no pool.
