I wish to commend your hotel on the level of staff courtesy, assistance and friendliness. Your services are second to none. Your hotel is extremely good.
However, one of your departments pulls down your reputation of excellence. The Business Department. I was referred to them to book an early morning taxi. 7.30AM. I was told that for US $25 they would take me anywhere in Guatemala City. I advised that I need to go to a medical facility nearby. When the taxi arrived the next morning, I was advised that the charge would be Q 200. Upon completing my visit, I asked the facility to order me a taxi to return to the hotel. The charge was Q 20. Yes, twenty Quetzal!
Your business section is a disgrace. That is stealing from the customer. Please arrange for your front desk staff to arrange with a local car company to provide this service at normal rates to the tourist. Whoever set the policy for your business section needs to be dismissed as this type of price gouging ruins the reputation of your hotel.

Pool and location
Rooms are small and out dated. Bathroom are also very small. My bath tub did not drain after my shower.

It was clean, well priced and near the airport.
The beds were not very comfortable.
La habitación es amplia, buena iluminación, cómoda. Vistas hacia la piscina, muy bonita.
El spa está algo descuidado, estaba en mantenimiento en algunas áreas y no contaba con señalización o con restricción de paso.
La comida, variado y rico. Solo un poco lento el servicio en piscina, deberían de tener a mas de una personas atendiendo.
I loved the cleanliness and the staff. We were able to check in early at 12p instead of 3p. There’s a couple of restaurants there and they were both great! Very clean, very professional, and very safe! Not to mention there were guards there slapping thr building guarding it so exceeded my expectations. This is the place to stay for comfort, luxury, & relaxation.

It is really an outdated hotel, like going back in time. Old and dirty carpets everywhere, outdated amenities, it was like going back in time 20 years ago.
