Great place to stay near the airport with a free shuttle
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and a good size with a balcony overlooking the pool. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for somewhere near the airport, it only takes about 15 mins. It was easy to book the free airport shuttle by email and they are able to advise the shuttle that you should catch based on your flight departure time. The staff were excellent and the breakfast options were plentiful. I didn't get to explore the neighbourhood as arrived at night and left the following morning.

Cons:

Todo el hotel tiene una alfombra vieja y bastante sucia. Tuve que pedir que me cambiarán de habitación porque olía a moho.

Incredible place to stay in Guatemala City - would do it again in a heartbeat!
Pros:

The beds were perfect after a long flight and we arrived just after midnight to the hotel and the driver I requested was there with a sign to whisk us to check-in. The morning breakfast was astounding - so many options and the lobby was a great place to relax and wait until our morning meeting.

Cons:

Assist with the ATM as it turned out I was just pressing the wrong button. Had to go to bank around the corner that only accepted cash not debit cards for exchanging US dollars into Gautamelan currency.

Good location for airport
Pros:

We stayed a second time at this hotel for 2 nights this time.    The check-in couldn't have been more different.    We were seen immediately,  given a room an hour before check-in time, and the staff member was very pleasant, giving us information about the pool and booking our airport shuttle. The previous stay here, it took more than an hour to line up to check in, and the staff were unhelpful. So this was a pleasant surprise.

The room was large and comfy and clean with a coffee making machine.   The bathroom has good quality toiletries.

We made use of the lovely pool both days.  
We had drinks in the sports bar,  choosing to eat elsewhere after eating here in a previous stay.

Breakfast options are vast and really good.
