Hubieron muchos problemas, 1. Me dieron la habitación equivocada, al subir del parqueo nadie ayuda a abrir la puerta y eso es un problema cuando uno llega solo y con niños, para atenderme otras personas se metieron en la fila y no les pidieron q respetaran, pedí comida a la habitación y llegaron tarde, pedí cambio del queso porq estaba como derretido y ya no se podría hechar y me hicieron esperarse muchísimo para q me lo cambiaran, al final de la estadía.. me llamaron para preguntar si ya me iba a retornar, cuando en un documento q está dentro de la habitación dice q la habitación vence a la 1pm

Creo que las camas hay que mejorar,la que nos tocó estaba como hundida;por otra parte creo que una sola almohada larga no es la mejor opción ,es preferible colocar dos o tres normales.

Mucha fila para hacer check in, no hay desayuno temprano, y con lo que se pagó tampoco lo dan
