No pude usar el frigobar, deseaba usarlo para una medicina que necesitaba refrigeracion, siempre habia podido usarlo, esta vez estaba con un cinta de proteccion y con llave, lamentable.

Didn’t like strikers that much. Could be better
Location and staff- the staff on our floor were fantastic and they brought complimentary snacks twice! The rooms are older but everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable.
We needed the airport shuttle at 3:30 but it didn’t start til 4am.
Muy buenas habitaciones, ubicacion cercana al aeropuerto, pero tambien cercano a zona con restaurantes. Buenas opciones de restaurante en el propio hotel.

Friendly staff and nice facility and has an older classy feel to it.
One of thr elevators was acting up for a bit making it slower to get up or down. Its more of an inconvenience that was momentary.

el dia 22 de nuevo me hospede de nuevo no me asignaron la habichuela que habia reservado diciendo que el hotel estaba full, por un evento, quiero mencionar la mala actitud de la señorita nubia, que estaba la noche del 22 de abril , lastima que la actitud altiva y grosera dañe la imagen del personal del hotel pues todos son muy amables
Su cercanía al aeropuerto
Que la gente de recepción no dan servicio a los huéspedes el dia de su salida.

I really like this hotel; this was my second time there, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Guatemala City.
Ietwat gedateerd hotel, maar door de service en het personeel merk je hier niks van! Gratis shuttle met fijne chauffeurs voor het vliegveld!
Excellent établissement, chambre confortable, buffet du petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, grande piscine et jacuzzi.
Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel.
Il faut savoir que l'hôtel est près de l'aéroport qui est lui-même dans la ville donc on entend le bruit des avions mais ce n'est pas très gênant.
