Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel, staff, food and facilities were all first class. It was lovely to have use of the swimming pool and leisure facilities. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet during the night. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great time staying and we will be back.

Nice hotel but no AC.
Pros:

The hotel, the grounds and the wellness facilities were really good. Real serene place.

Cons:

NO AC! Uncomfortable hot in the room during warm weather. Struggled to sleep to the unbearable heat. There was a fan but no use.

It was a welcome break but disappointing for such a stunning location
Pros:

The location is beautiful. Parking is ample

Cons:

The rooms look tired and need updating. There are no phone charging points. I had forgotten my plug and reception don’t have any to loan out. Breakfast service was chaotic and there were no cups. Only one coffee machine available and drinks had to be in disposable cups! Not what I would expect of this type of hotel at all

Stayed for convenience due to family and would go back again.
Pros:

Small plates, hard bacon and long queue for hot drinks. Bed was hard and only given one small pillow.
Still a nice place tho and would go back for a short stay.

Cons:

Because of the hard bed and 1 pillow not a good sleep.

The staff were all incredibly accommodating. A special shout out goes to Elizabeth who was a joy and went the extra mile
Pros:

We only had the evening meals, but they were excellent. Given that the chefs were battling with such high temperatures this week, the kitchen must have been unbearable. Your efforts were very much appreciated.

Cons:

Fans are provided but bedrooms need aircon.
