Pros:

All the staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable, evening meal in the restaurant was lovely.

Cons:

Parking was tricky as the place is obviously very popular.
The piped music in the restaurant was a bit loud which led to people raising their voices in conversation and raising noise levels even more.

Very uncomfortable bed.
Poor sound insulation from corridor and other rooms.
Poor bathroom with tiny bath.
Misty mirror in bathroom.
Mirror in bedroom too high for doing hair when sat.
Bedroom cabinets require softer close doors and drawers.

This is a spotlessly clean hotel in a very good location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet

Very good hotel in a brilliant location
Pros:

Reception staff were extremely helpful. Manager Sathya was exceptionally helpful in booking, looking after us and even bringing our luggage to our room.

Great location and lovely hotel grounds. Great pool and sauna
