Hotel really good just a little disappointed with a couple or the room facilities
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and staff very pleasant.

Cons:

Our rooms facilities wasn’t great. The iron didn’t work nor did the hairdryer. I requested a new iron and when that arrive, started to use it and the water started pouring out of the iron.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff.

The staff in the restaurant were amazing.

Cons:

We felt the room was quite dated, musty smell, when we take into account how much we paid for a two night stay. No fridge, basic toiletries, and felt the room rate we paid was excessive, and should have had dinner included at that price.

Good but below our last stay which was disappointing
Pros:

We had dinner at the restaurant and that was enjoyable in this stay.

Cons:

We stayed he before last year it was great.

This occasion we couldn’t get a table for breakfast and had to share a table in a hospitality room with six strangers. No service offered room wasn’t heated either.

In addition our room was similar to our previous stay that we enjoyed but it was dusty this time.

Very comfortable hotel close to RHS Bridgewater. Fantastic breakfast buffet!
Pros:

The hotel is a lovely building, and staff are nice and friendly. Our room - Deluxe Room - was comfortable. Lovely extra touches such as water and ice stations. Breakfast was excellent as others have noted - worth including.

Cons:

The food in the residents bar was disappointing. The nachos were almost burned and very greasy. We couldn’t finish them. I was brought a dirty fork. The leisure club on Sunday morning was very busy with male groups that were sitting in the pool talking in groups rather than swimming and talking loudly in the steam room. Not the fault of the hotel, just an observation. Maybe they could have resident-only hours - I think a lot of these were golfers or those who visited for the gym.
