Lovely hotel nice staff lots of places to eat and drink the pool facilities are nice good for families or couples

Not as good as hoped

Breakfast was very good rooms clean

Cons:

Football was on an outside screen outside my room and started at 9 pm to finish at about 1pm. I had to request a new room which was provided on the other side of the hotel

Enjoyed everything the hotel offers but the small things tarnish what could have been great.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely and very clean. Facilities were excellent.

Cons:

We were woken at 1.55am by someone knocking on several doors. Not exactly a relaxing night's sleep.
Told reception at check out and was told its all these kids. Wasn't the answer I was expecting.
Also booked house keeping visit at check in and at 7pm the room still hadn't been cleaned. At this point we visited reception and the cleaner did come and make up the room and provide clean towels etc.

Dinner in Cast Iron Grill was very pleasant.

Facilities in room could have been better - drinking water and a fridge would have been good.
