Lovely location, great hotel to spend time in and a lovely breakfast

Cons:

Bedroom had been updated but the bathroom was still a little dated. Also need more sockets by the bed

Pros:

We have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. It is a lovely hotel. Staff great and helpful. Rooms super comfy even without Aircon. Bathroom and products good.
Breakfast was lovely. And the Bar being open until 12.30 was so nice to come back to after a concert at Leigh Sports Village.

Cons:

Having to check out and go home.

Pros:

My family and I always use this hotel when travelling to Manchester. The staff are fantastic, except one grumpy bar tender, however the young gentleman with him was superb.

Cons:

Help the one bartender who was grumpy with some customer service training.

Relaxing stay visiting family with good breakfast
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings and clean tidy areas for relaxing. Good sized TV in the room. Comfy bed. Excellent swimming area with sauna and steam room.

Cons:

Slightly dated feel in the room. Pillows were very soft. Spa treatments were unavailable.
