Overall a very good stay
Pros:

Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

We would have liked a shortcut to Worsley Old Hall. It was a bit of a trek in high heels but yet too short to get a taxi.

Comfortable hotel with great facilities
Pros:

Attentive staff at reception and in restaurant. Nice pool and jacuzzi. We didn't use the gym but could see it and looked good. We had a room in the courtyard and it was a good size and very comfortable.

Cons:

Our en suite toilet had a very noisy cistern when filling up. Our neighbours breakfast or lunch food from room service was left outside our door for way too long until we asked, at 9pm, for it to be removed. We were there for 2 nights but tea facilities and water were not replenished after first night.
