Good but not a Marriott standard
Pros:

The hotel in general is ok, but below standard Marriot quality. The receptionist at the front desk didn't even speak a good German. It was annoying that without notice apon arrival my credit card had been charged for an amount that was quite higher than expected and I had to ask why. The answer was that it was the deposit, something I wans't informed about at check-in, not very nice. The room was clean but the bathroom so small that 2 persons couldn't fit in, I woyuld have preferred a slightly smaller room and a bigger bathroom. All in all not a bad experience but the unexpected large deposit and small bathroom have contributed to my final vote. The wellness area is pretty nice and as I expected it.

Wonderful Simple Comfy Hotel where you can relax! Just outside Munich, super located near the airport! No Noise!!
Pros:

Stayed here for the second time actually! Freising is a little suburb of Munich, historical and pretty as well ask modern, all you need is within walking distance without hustle of a large city. Well located hotel is bear the airport as well. A nice playground is just across the street too. What I love about this hotel is the pool, it's superb and perfect with kids. The breakfast are magnificent as well and perhaps what makes this place really special despite being an older property is the staff, they are exceptionally nice, all of them. They really go out to make you feel welcome. I must say that makes me what to come back! Being co close to the airport there is absolutely no plane noise.
Additionally the parking is superb, onsite. The TV channels are superb well. Wifi is excellent. I ma here agin after nearly 3 years...just as before, they have kept things up very well. No hidden costs etc. They even changed out reservations when we needed!
The parking could be free really, it's just under them! I wish they would have smoked Salman on the menu again instead of smoked makrel! Love their local bread! These are minor really... It's really very very pleasant!

NOT AN AIRPORT HOTEL.
Pros:

NOT AN AIRPORT HOTEL!! The hotel should not at all be called an airport hotel. The taxi ride is 15 mins and about 40 euros. The bus, which is not free, runs hourly. Very disappoining.

I love this place, simple but so pleasant. Excellent staff and well equipped hotel.2nd stay already!

Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip.
Pros:

Super Frühstück: "Handgemachte" Pancakes, Spiegeleier, Omletts. Sehr gute Auswahl an nicht alltäglichen Produkten. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.
Bar: Tolle Stimmung. Gutes Team.
Lage: Nahe der Altsatdt.

Cons:

Lautstärke: Zimmer über dem Eingang vom Wirtsschaftsweg = Sehr laut, die ganze Nacht (auch bei geschlossenem Fenster)
Rezeption: Unaufmerksam. Keine Informationen über Zahlungen, Abbuchungen...Und kein persönliches Gespräch: Wie war Ihr Aufenthalt, hat alles gepasst.?. Wie war Ihre Anreise? etc.

War ok. Kopfkissen unbequem.

Sehr zentral zum Flughafen

Cons:

Sauna war lauwarm mittags. Dampfbad aus. Kein Bademantel und Latschen. Nur auf Anforderung. Hatte es leider eilig.

Cons:

Das erste Zimmer war verräuchert. Es wurde uns aber sofort ein anderes angeboten. Nachts standen wir in der Tiefgarage vor einem geschlossenen Tor, das wir dann aber doch selbst öffnen konnten!
