It was fine

When we walked back to the hotel from a restaurant across the street, there was the smell of urine and a puddle of urine where the cars drive up to the entrance of the hotel

Not the best value. Expensive and nice but not worth the premium

Was a pleasure staying here and the appetizers were excellent great reason to stay!

I was unaware the property was going to be under renovations ( which were much needed) and we were thrilled to be on one of the newly renovated rooms…but the cleaning staff was lacking. There was sticky stuff from someone’s food on the night table next to my side of the bed…and the towels were dirty. This was very disappointing.

Very friendly staff.
The bed and pillow were wonderful.
I found the shower medium warm each time. I evenntried running the water for a while, still only got to warm.
The hotel was under construction but doing their best to accomodate guest needs, including my using the hot tub at yhe neighboring hotel. Still... i wish id been forwarned as i may have stayed else where due to that.

Renovations are ongoing, no pool access, poor valet access at this time. We were not notified of ongoing renovations when making the reservation.

Very practical, everything is good. Staff very polite.

Great place but thin walls and lots of noise from adjoining rooms.

It was not a great stay and we have stayed there several times, we were very unhappy with our room , which they put us by the elevator and it was extremely load all night listening to people goi g up and down the lift , it was ridiculous, especially since we were they for medical reasons and needed a quiet place to recover, it was really bad

Excellent location for Mayo

For a Marriott, this was very underwhelming. Usually Marriott's are the best of the best, up to date, well maintained, clean, comfortable beds, good pillows, high end towels. This, had none of those. It is extremely dated, run down, toilet seat broken, behind and under the bed was filthy, some pieces of candy, some pills, generally just filthy, would take 30 seconds with a vacuum to clean, and you would see if when changing the sheet, beds were okay comfortable, pillows were horrible, towels were old and thin. I know they are renovating, and maybe it will be nice again once done. It is a super convienent location for our appointments with Mayo, but could have got the same quality at the Brentwood for half the price. We paid extra for the "Marriott" brand name, but this hotel does not live up to Marriott standards.

It's was an old hotel with old hotel smells. No room service. They advertise room service but they don't really have it. They do have a restaurant down stairs but it's not very good.

Great stay. Close to all things Mayo via outside or tunnels.

Quiet and convenient

This hotel is all about the location to Mayo services. It is above average.

The lighting in the bathroom needs to be brighter.

Due to the older rooms, it smelled of moth balls throughout the 6th floor. It wasn’t a pleasant smell. They are in the process of renovating so I’m sure it will be nice soon.
