Teve um alerta falso de incêndio durante a minha estadia, no qual houve pouca comunicação da equipe com os hóspedes.
Uma esteira da academia ficou quebrada durante todos os dias que estive lá. E a academia precisa de manutenção e renovação.
O serviço no café da manhã não era bom, funcionários pouco amigáveis.

Attempted to check in early. They didn’t have the room I reserved, offered me a complimentary upgrade. Great room, very nice airport hotel with airport shuttle. The staff was charming, even took our luggage to room. Restaurant was lovely and the food was very tasty!

Pros:

Great location. Helpful and accommodating staff. Very comfortable bed. Good amount of space and amenities. Nespresso machine. Excellent curtains that were capable of making the room dark at night.

Cons:

Carpet could do with a steam clean.

Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet, alles da und sehr geräumig. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Würde ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
