We loved our stay & will definitely want to go back.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, very accommodating. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Room was very clean & well equipped. Hotel & grounds were exceptional.

The scenery was beautiful

Cons:

The WiFi was none existent therefore we couldn't connect to the TV and even though the TV was smart there was no option to log in to any apps. Movie night was ruined and when I called reception to get help they never showed up.

Cons:

Access for disabled not very good, no charging points for EV. Room tired and outdated, no power sockets near bed.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel and grounds, big room and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Shower thermostat needed repairing, was either too hot or too cold. Room was nice but it felt a little bit tired, so I felt it was quite expensive for the quality / level of upkeep of the room.

Slow check in. Room was badly set up and they kept asking me to pay for a bill for a previous occupant of the room.
