Looked forward to the stay but disappointed with the rooms cleanliness and air quality
Pros:

I liked where it was situated . Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No fresh air was coming into the room. It became stuffy when the heating was turned on.
There was a horrible black looking sludge behind the tap sink where it hadn’t been cleaned properly.

Pros:

conference faciities were very good Well organised and appropriate. my room was excellent with huge 2 ?king-sized beds. The TV was difficultand needs a guidance pamphlet or instructions. Good to have a bath and shower.
Breakfast was ample but costly

Brilliant. Well worth the stay
