Everything was very good happy I’ve been there
Nothing
I like the staff very welcoming, I liked the dinner and the breakfast ( we didn’t had lunch )
Bathroom not very clean I found so much hair in the bath
Very spacious, comfortable and clean
As a coeliac every was well labelled but I was disappointed that there were no alternatives offered. The air conditioning was also quite noisy.
Good facilities …lovely breakfast ..room set out nicely …view we had could have been planted up with pots …it was just a roof ..all those things could make room 250 a pleasure to be in
Bed was too hard for me ..and being a cleaner the bathroom wasn’t clean ..tiles cracked ..limescale round taps and black round shower rail …No fan working …toilet didnt flush away properly …all in all a bit of a let down
Nice room
Had to pay additional for parking. Breakfast was very average for the price
Gym is a little bit cramped and swimming pool is very small
Overall comfortable stay
Location
The location
Bathroom drain partially blocked in a room with no shower tray so water goes everywhere unless you have a short drizzle rather than a good shower. The bathroom door does not close properly. Very limited number of channels on the TV and no content list so you have to go through each Chanel to check what's on. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Woke up each morning with a very bad back. Barely warm cooked breakfast, I prefer hot food.
Comfortable and quiet
Body lotion in the bathroom was a godsend !
I had to get someone up to open the window as there wasn't any air.
Had to pay for parking
Pillows weren't great. Collapsed when you put your head on them, 4 piled up, 2 good ones would be better
The pool was a nice addition to our stay. Food was excellent. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast.
Good facilities like pool gym and car park.
Property is old. Especially the room’s bathroom. Breakfast is priced at £18+ but none of the food is fresh / good quality.
