view and jacuzzi fabulous

Cons:

we got "upgraded" to a different room than what we were used to and it had an obstructed view and a bar across the window so when you sat, it blocked the view, which is why we came. We were moved to another room that we have stayed in before and it was lovely.

Melhor hotel para quem quer ficar na quase dentro das cataratas!
Pros:

A localização! Muito bem localizado e os quartos com vista para as cataratas são mesmo espetaculares. O café da manhã também é bem completo com muitas opções. O hotel possui um loja de souvenirs dentro que patrica os mesmos preços das lojas do centro. Também possuí um Starbucks no terreo. Academia OK. Vallet OK.

Cons:

Ter que pagar para utilizar WIFI é um dos pontos negativos.
E tive um problema com a reserva que demandou um pouco de stress. Mesmo como o quarto reservado e com a opção de pagamento no local, disseram que devíamos ter paga 2 dias antes! Resolveram o problemas, mas cobraram um café da manhã a mais, mas que também foi resolvido e o estorno da cobrança veio uns 5 dias depois.

Good, but highly needs to be improved!
Pros:

The view was good, and the staff were kind.

Cons:

The room was clean, but with the lowest possible stuff for a 4-star hotel. For example, no tissues, slippery, dental kit, etc.
Not even a bottle of water in the fridge!

The view from the suite was amazing. The hot tub in the suite was lovely, and the water therapy spa was everything that I needed!! Love the addition of Burning Springs Thermal Pools!!

A dream come true!
Pros:

When I checked in I was upgraded to a king room with a view. The room was stunning. I could not have planned it better. I had a fantastic stay. Perfect view of the Falls. Perfect view of the fireworks. A dream come true! Thank you
