The location and views were above expectation.
We had a falls view room on the 17th floor. The sunrise above the falls is a spectacular sight. It snowed during our visit and the falls became a winter wonderland. We also saw a rainbow over the falls when the sun came out. Breathtaking

We recently stayed at the Marriott in Niagara Falls and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the high price. There were several basic amenities missing from our room. There were no napkins or tissues available, and the bathroom did not have any body lotion. We had to go and ask housekeeping for these items ourselves. There was also no drinking water provided in the room — neither complimentary nor available for purchase — and the refrigerator was completely empty. In addition, the hotel charged an amount from our deposit without any clear explanation. It was not clearly communicated what these charges were for. We were also not informed in advance about the parking fee or its cost, which was disappointing. The only truly positive aspect of our stay was the view of the Falls. However, even that was slightly diminished by the dirty windows, which affected the overall experience. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of service, transparency, and attention to detail.
