Pros:

The perfect location, perfect views and very helpful
Staff. Audrey at the reception was so helpful answered all our questions and helped us upgrade to a beautiful view, will definitely stay again.

Great location and very friendly staff. Good food in the restaurant and at Starbucks.

It was disappointing to walk out the back of the hotel to get to the Falls, but I didn’t have access with even with my card to get in the same way you had to go around the front that was inconvenient. It was disappointing that I only had one chair in our room to sit and watch the falls when there were two people in my room.

Beautiful view on 20th floor, wonderful room and lobby. Great location.
Pros:

Incredible view on the 20th floor. Whirlpool in the room with shutters to open and look at the incredible view. Spent hours in the room just enjoying the view at different times of day. Very comfortable and restorative. Starbucks in lobby was superb. Lobby has wonderful views and we spent a good amount of time there. Some report that it's dated, but it's only dated in the corridors - our room and the lobby were modern and comfortable. Parking was way overpriced so we parked at the casino 2 minutes away for $15 per day, good value.

Cons:

Only one small thing. I used to work for Marriott, for 7 years. I know how intensive the training and customer focus is. I skipped dessert at dinner and said I'll grab a cookie in the hotel. Surprisingly, there were none in the room. I went to the lobby, Starbucks had closed (open until 9pm, which is actually really impressive). So I asked at Front Desk - are there supposed to be cookies in the room. The associate responded no. I said it's surprising, I travel often all over the world and there always seem to be cookies. He told me I'd have to stay at a really high end hotel to get a cookie in the room, lol. Is there somewhere else in the hotel I can get one? No, you could walk to the Niagara Falls Casino. Hmmm, okay - no cookies on room service, none in the kitchen, none in housekeeping or at the bar - as you can tell, I really wanted that cookie haha! My point is, if it was me working the desk and a guest had made so many enquiries about a cookie, the next day I would have arranged a small pack of cookies left in the room with housekeeping service. That would have made my stay.

Pros:

L’emplacement, la vue extraordinaire sur les chutes, le petit déjeuner était excellent et très varié. Amabilité et sourire de Justin. Calme et spa accessible.

Cons:

Impossible de se garer gratuitement dans la ville donc tous les hôtels font payer la place de stationnement. 50$ pour juste garer sa voiture cela devrait être pris en compte vu les tarifs de la nuitée.
