Imponujący spokój i uprzejmość personelu mimo awarii energetycznej i braku prądu prawie przez całą noc aż do wymeldowania. Ponoć taka awaria była tam pierwszy raz co spowodowało brak ciepłej wody, klimatyzacji i śniadania w tym hotelu ale przekierowano nas do hotelu obok, gdzie śniadanie było równie smaczne:))))
Powyższe niedogodności ale to nie była wina hotelu.
Dość daleko do parkingu ale była możliwość skorzystania z pana do odprowadzenia i przyprowadzenia samochodu.
The night, when we stayed at the Marriott Hotel, the water service was unavailable from 12:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. After that, there was also a power outage that lasted for several hours. It was a very unpleasant experience.
The birthday cake we had purchased was ruined, and we had to go up and down nine floors multiple times without the use of an elevator. As a result, we were unable to access many of the hotel's amenities and services.

I had to write to the property management because we had to leave the second night because no electricity and water. Please we need a reimbursement for both nights.
Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel and to request a full reimbursement for both nights.
During the first night of our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage that lasted throughout the night, and we were also without water for several hours. The lack of these essential services caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. As a guest with asthma, the power outage created additional health concerns due to the lack of air circulation, making it difficult for me to breathe comfortably and rest.
Although we were moved to a different room for the second night, that room did not have functioning air conditioning. After experiencing the loss of electricity and water on the first night and then being placed in a room without air conditioning on the second night, we felt we had no reasonable option but to leave the hotel.
While we appreciate the $75 discount that was offered, we do not believe it adequately compensates for the extent of the disruption, discomfort, and health concerns we experienced. The hotel was unable to provide basic amenities and services that are fundamental to a hotel stay, including electricity, water, and air conditioning.
Therefore, we respectfully request a full reimbursement for both nights of our stay. We hope you will review our situation carefully and provide a fair resolution.

Central to niagra and hotel room was clean and spacious .
Check in was slow and staff weren’t particularly welcoming - also I had reserved a falls view room and although I could see the horseshoe falls, I had a large column beside the window on the other side so my view was obstructed - bit disappointed as it is fairly expensive to book falls view room. As only staying 1 night however I decided not to request a change .
The view is the best
View was excellent room was clean plenty of linens clean room and everything in the room worked as it should. Staff was very helpful and polite.
Breakfast at Marriott cafe was no very good taste and texture were off. Selection and variety and culinary skills were no where as good as they were at the same location for Morton's which was excellent both nights we ate there. We ended up going next door to IHop the next two days
Fantastic location and our room was spacious with the best view.
A little bit dated with the furnishings and carpet in the rooms, but was expected. The pool could have looked a bit more inviting and the surrounding changing rooms etc… I looked at the spa area which costs extra, but think it should be included as it’s not that luxurious to warrant $60 each
