-Nice whirlpool

Cons:

-They were testing the fire alarms at 10:30 am. 🤨 The afternoon would have been a much more suitable time to do that.

I was charged again by the hotel even though I had already paid through another booking site. When I questioned the charge, the staff member told me that this was expected and that I would need to contact the booking site directly to resolve the issue. However, when I contacted the booking site, they informed me that the hotel should not have charged me in the first place. This created an unnecessary inconvenience and extra work on my end, and I am still waiting to receive my refund.

Additionally, the staff listed my first name instead of my last name on the Wi-Fi instructions, which made it difficult for me to access the internet during my stay.

Booked a room with “superior view “ and a bath and shower. We were initially given a room with no bath and a restricted view, we complained and were moved to the room we had booked, the hotel blamed this on Bookings.com.

뷰 하나 볼만 함.

Cons:

폭포 뷰의 룸도 통창은 복불복임. 조식은 온통 통조림 데운 수준의 음식. 에그스크램블조차도 맛없는 호텔은 처음 봄. 메리어트 이름달고 영업해서 기본은 하겠지 했는데, 이 곳때문에 메리어트를 다시 생각하게 됨. 일단 침대 시트에 붙어있던 코딱지는 정말 충격임. 구글 리뷰에 빈대 있다는 후길 읽어서 긴장했는데 다행이 빈대는 피해감. 하지만 빈대가 나와도 이상하지 않은 컨디션임. 조식당 의자고 죄다 찢어져 있고. 하다못해 로비 스타벅스 직원도 이상함. 직접 주차할 수 있는 주차장도 없어보임. 심지어 친절하지도 않음. 유일하게 조식당 웨이트리스만 친절함. 조식당 리셉션 테이블 지정해주는 여직원은 손님을 쳐다도 안봄.

The Falls view was excellent and was undoubtedly the highlight of our visit. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bell staff were consistently the most helpful team members we encountered. In particular, the bell attendants went out of their way to assist us when we had difficulty finding the correct elevators to access our room. They were friendly, approachable and genuinely focused on helping guests.

Cons:

Throughout our stay, there were numerous small issues that collectively diminished the experience—dated facilities, limited room amenities, poor arrival communication, incomplete concierge information, deferred maintenance and a lack of thoughtful guest touches. Individually, these may seem like minor concerns, but together they created an experience that fell well short of what we expected from a Premium Fallsview Room
