Ruhiges Zimmer (wenn man den Wasserblick bucht)

Cons:

Preis-Leistung Stimmt nicht. Zimmer extrem veraltet trotzdem hoher Zimmerpreis.
Frühstück war nichts besonderes. Ich hätte mir für den Preis mehr Auswahl an Obst/Gemüse gewünscht und vielleicht noch eine kleine Besonderheit.

Paniek en drama bij inschrijving door onkunde medewerker.

Het bedienend personeel van het restaurant waar je diner bestelt

PUNT 1)
De medewerker die ons moest inschrijven en onze betaling moest boeken, heeft fout op fout gemaakt omdat alle 2 onze betaalkaarten van ABNAMRO en ING volgens hem niet werkten. Onzin ❗️ ze deden het overal in Heidelberg. Hij heeft ons 45 minuten herhaaldelijk pogingen laten doen. Werkte geen enkele poging zei hij. Was ook totaal niet empatisch om echt te helpen of hulp te vragen.Ten einde raad bij andere collega geprobeerd en ging in 1x foutloos. 45 minuten ellende voor ons en veel ergernis.

Ondragelijke hoge temperatuur op onze kamer. Superslechte 2 nachten. Bleef 25 gr.
Verwarming was uit, airco op max maar verlaagde temoeratuur geenszins.

Sehr schönes Hotel , Ruhig am Fluss Neckar gelegen. Zu Fuss ein bisschen weit weg vom Stadtzentrum.
Pros:

Sehr gute Frühstück , grosse Auswahl. Das Bett war gross und bequem.

Cons:

Ich konnte das Treppenhaus nur sehr schwer finden. Bei eine Brandfall wäre ich verloren gewesen.

Schönes Hotel, es hat jedoch seinen Preis!
Pros:

Die Lage ist schön mit Blick auf den Neckar sowie die Möglichkeit die Altstadt mit dem Schiff zu erreichen.
Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und höflich!

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist zu teuer !

Gute Lage, tolles Personal aber renovierungsbedürftig
Pros:

Die Lage und der Blick auf den Necker waren genau, wie wir es gewünscht haben.
Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und konnte Wünsche prompt erfüllen.

Cons:

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Renovierung der Zimmer, das hat im Moment keinen Marriot Standard und macht das Hotel nicht gut im Preis / Leistungsverhältnis.
