Old world charm with top level service
Pros:

Luxury hotel with unparalleled level of service. The staff are beyond helpful and always there to cater to any of your needs. Big smiles all around, from room cleaners to the managers. The rooms are wonderful. Great views. Excellent facilities. Excellent base from which to explore Macao.

I will definitely stay in this hotel again. I had a fantastic stay beyond words
Pros:

Hotel staff are all very friendly, helpful, attentive and detailed. Jonathan at the entrance understood we were in a rush to catch ferry. He worked harder to get us a taxi. The chinese restaurant manager he was also very attentive and friendly and made sure I was taken care of when I dined alone or with my big kids. Love all the fruit and macau cakes on the coffee table upon my arrival.

Cons:

there was some loud bang sound against our balcony window or the wall against headboard of our bed on the second last night. But staff couldnt figure out where it came from. Otherwise my suite was very quiet. The suite was too humid I suggest to put in a dehumidifier in the room.

Pros:

施設、立地、スタッフの対応など素晴らしいと感じました。しっかり教育されている印象です

Cons:

今回２度目の滞在ですが、前回も同様で、やはり宿泊者の民度に左右されるのだなと感じました。夜中まで部屋で大声で騒ぐ、廊下で大声で会話する、ドアを頻繁にガチャンと閉める、呼び鈴をかなり多く鳴らす
隣ですが気になる音量でした
２度あることは、、、
施設側には非はないですが、快適度を下げる要因なので、働き掛け、注意書きなど啓蒙活動を是非お願いしたいです

すごく快適で楽しめました
Pros:

お部屋も設備も綺麗でスタッフの方も皆さん親切でした。屋外プールも楽しめました。

Cons:

いわゆるマカオの観光の中心街にはバスかタクシーで行く必要があります。が、近くにも美味しいレストランはたくさんありました。
