It’s a great hotel with good facilities and excellent service. Will definitely return
Pros:

The rooms were of good size and clean. Had great room amenities and hotel facilities. Although I didn’t use the resort facilities, it looks great and would be perfect for families. The buffet breakfast was delicious and great value for money. Yum cha in Chinese Restaurant was superb!

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is the carpet in the lobby and also on the room corridors. They are light coloured making every stain very noticeable.

Pros:

From checkin to checkout we experienced a very warm and helpful service! We had afternoon tea at the cafe which as excellent, as were both breakfast. The rooms are large - we had connecting ones since we traveled with 3 kids. Also the pool area is nice with a huge hot-tub an a waterslide. Convenient location to walk to the old town.

大変良かった。

マカオの中心部に近いが（徒歩圏内）、カジノ街からは少し外れていて、静かで良い。
ポルトガル時代の雰囲気を残し、西洋と東洋が融合したクラシックな雰囲気。

Pros:

The Artyzen Grand Lapa hotel left a very pleasant impression. It is clean, beautiful, and cozy — everything is thoughtfully designed, and you can really feel the care for the guests.
I would especially like to highlight the staff — they are very polite, attentive, and always ready to help in any situation. It was particularly nice to interact with Edgar, who speaks Russian and gave very valuable advice about Macau, and Ariel, who is always smiling and creates a great atmosphere.

It's a very kind, clean and nice hotel
Pros:

It was nice to visit with my friend two years ago, so I visited with my mom this time. I arrived around 1 o'clock and checked in early, and an employee named Patrick assigned me a room with a good view, so my mom was very happy.
And an employee named Ariel was really niceIf I come to Macau again next time, I'd like to visit again
