Het beste hotel om te overnachten
Pros:

De locatie is top.
Oude stad op loopafstand en met de gratis bus vanuit het naastgelegen hotel naar Venetian,Londener en Parisien.
Vandaar uit alles op loopafstand.
Café Bela Vista is heel goed en lekker eten.
Ontbijt is super , zoveel keus en goede kwaliteit!
Prachtig groot zwembad met een glijbaan.
Daarnaast een grote jacuzzi.
Het personeel overal heel vriendelijk.
Gratis shuttlebus naar de luchthaven, vanwaar ook de bussen komen vanaf HongKong airport.
Hier niet door de douane gaan, maar naar de balie gaan voor gratis ticket naar Macau.
Je koffers worden voor je opgehaald en naar de bus terminal gebracht

Alles was gewoon geweldig.
Ik zou niks kunnen bedenken.

尤其是早餐報到帶位服務的女士，笑容滿面、服務貼心細心，非常喜歡她！早餐很好吃喔，回家後依然會想念飯店的早餐！
＆客房方面住客提出的需求會快速回應！

Очень понравился отель! Расположения - рядом с достопримечательностями и в дали от суеты. Рядом казино, а в самом отеле его нет, для нас это был плюс. Номер очень чистый, уборка качественная, удивляли и радовали презенты и в день приезда и потом каждый день в виде фруктов, спиртного и печенюшек! На рецепшене - рускоговорящий и очень милый и приветливый Adgar ( помоему правильно вспомнила имя) В феврале смогли искупаться в бассейне и покайфовать в тёплом джакузи. Завтраки очень разнообразные. Если ещё раз будет у нас поездка в Макао - только в этот отель.

All in One Hotel. No Need to get out of the Hotel

Our family recently had the most wonderful stay at Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we arrived, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. The team was incredibly accommodating and consistently prompt in responding to all of our inquiries—even before our arrival. Every question was answered with clarity and warmth, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

We stayed in their Family Suite, and the room size alone impressed us. It was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and perfect for a family. The twin beds were so generously sized they felt more like queen beds—super comfortable and ideal for a restful night after long days of exploring Macau.

The details in the room truly stood out. The slippers were top-notch—honestly better than some of the famous high-end hotels we’ve stayed at. The bathrobes were luxuriously soft and on another level compared to others we’ve tried. We also appreciated the practical touches: multiple power outlets all around the room and even chargers available for guests to use. It’s these small but thoughtful amenities that make a big difference.

A special shout-out to Ariel, who handled all our luggage with care and went above and beyond by recommending great places to eat nearby, as well as guiding us on the free shuttle buses we could use. His local tips made exploring so much easier for our family.

Thank you as well to Danny, who kindly assisted us with our extra rollaway bed and patiently answered all of my dad’s questions. Your professionalism and attentiveness did not go unnoticed.

And to the lovely Maricris—thank you for your warmth and patience during breakfast. You were incredibly helpful in answering our inquiries and made our mornings even more pleasant with your cheerful service.
