It’s a wonderful one day stay in the hotel with good food and excellent personalised service
Pros:

Personalised service! I need to store my luggage before the arrival date as I wish to go to Zhuhai first so I wrote to the hotel and they approved . On that day when I reached Macau , I brought my luggage to Artyzen . when I reach the counter , A lady staff asked me if I am Ms Lau as she is expecting us I was really impressed . The concierge staffs also very efficient and friendly. On my check in day after Zhuhai trip , I came back to Artyzen and checked in , my child not feeling well , the same staff she is very helpful and she find a clinic for us and guide us patiently how to walk there . She also provides me a chinese translation of the clinic address in case we need help on the road. On check out day she also assist us to extend our stay for my child to rest as my plane departs
late afternoon. She also ordered a bowl of white porridge and some fruits for my child and sent to our room . When we leaving the hotel she gave a small soft toy to us for memories as she is aware that all our travel plan cancelled and we stayed in the room the whole day . Although we can’t tour Macau that day but the stay in the room in Artyzen is great .
