Pros:

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and really paid attention to all the little details. The facilities were very clean and the food was very good. The french toast at breakfast was delicious. We ate at both the onsite Thai restaurant and the buffet breakfast which were both excellent. They had a very good assortment of both Western and Asian food and the Thai restaurant was authentic and fresh. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I also loved that I could choose my pillow type opting for the Lavender pillow, which really helped me get a good rest. The gym and pool were also excellent and I really appreciated the gym opened early and it helped me get my workout in first so I could go about my day. The staff were so attentive and helpful, making the gym and pool a very relaxing and comfortable experience.

Pros:

Отель буквально в 15-20 минутах пешком от внешнего порта Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal (из зоны отправления 2 этаж идет крытая галерея - спуск у отеля Легенд Палас, обогнуть отель, пересечь небольшую площадь с фонтаном (лучше по наземному переходу у дворика рыбака отеля, чем подниматься на надземный переход) и вы уже дошли. На крыше большая буква А и название отеля Artyzen видно).
Номер просторный, удобный, хорошая кровать, удобные подушки. Косметика очень качественая. Кофе - капсулы, чай черный и зеленый.
Рядом достаточно мест поесть, в том числе Макональдс. Центр с достопримечательностями в пешей доступности. Автобусов много, гугл строит маршруты.
СПА: бассейн на улице с подогревом, теплый - в январе было комфортно плавать, рядом круглая джакузи с водопадиками, там вода еще теплее, в помещении, где раздевалка, сауна, хамам, джакузи. Работает СПА с раннего утра до вечера. Было очень приятно расслабиться, понравилось.
Персонал приветливый.
По бронированию: бронировали с оплатой в отеле, за 10 дней до заезда заблокировали полную стоимость трех дней проживания, при заезде списали еще полную стоимость проживания, разблокировали после выезда в тот же день.

Cons:

СПА комплекс - это отдельная территория на другой стороне улицы, идти в халате не очень комфортно.
Нет отдельного кондиционера для волос (шампунь-кондиционер в одном флаконе).
Фен без насадок - дует во все стороны сразу, сложно с укладкой.
В номере ночью достаточно холодно.

Pros:

The location is fantastic — it is very close to the ferry terminal and bridge port, and also within easy reach of the Sands Resort. The service was excellent and made us feel right at home throughout our stay.
We really enjoyed the complimentary facilities, including the swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, and basketball court. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful.
I would definitely recommend staying here!

地理位置很好，就在漁人碼頭旁邊，還有免費接駁車可以搭去其他景點，這次去太冷了不然後面渡假村還有泳池健身房可以使用，下次來澳門還會再來入住
