Pros:

Staff service mind is very nice. Location is good because i go to concert at macau fisherman wharf and it is easy to go to Senado and many temples via macau bus or taxi. Room is so clean and comfortable. Surrounds hotel, there are many restaurants and coffee / cafe

Home away from home. Not one of those huge giant casino hotels. Good value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is located away from the casino 🙃 😜 😆 away from temptation.
Restaurants n supermarkets is just minutes away. Breakfast items can rotate as we stayed 3 days eating the same food. The noodles portion can be smaller as we have varieties of others Chinese add on.
Cozy reception with efficient team. Special mention goes to Mr Ariel. Always smiling, always helpful.

Great stay
Pros:

Affordable and luxurious. Nice spa areas snd pool and huge rooms, including a bathtub in the rooms. When my suitcase broke they were able to dispose of it. Free coffee and tea in the room. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Macau, with high service and quality, but without breaking the bank, this is a great bet. Would love to come back one day.

Cons:

The shuttle bus was confusing, where to take it. Maybe having a clear sign would help.

Estadia curta em Macau
Pros:

O quarto era super confortável e o duche era espetacular. O atendimento na Receção foi muito bom e de uma forma geral todo o staff muito simpático. A zona da piscina muito boa, os miúdos adoraram o escorrega e o jacuzzi aquecido. No Spa também correu tudo bem.

Cons:

Algumas zonas do hotel já pareciam um pouco usadas. A piscina exterior apesar de aquecida podia ser um pouco mais aquecida (o jacuzzi estava na temperatura certa). O hotel não tem 100% de culpa mas os meus dados foram hackeados e tentaram que pagasse o hotel antes da chegada, é preciso cuidado. Valeu-me o chatGPT para descobrir que era fake.

Pros:

This hotel is fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and willing. The rooms are first level. It has a beautiful pool, an incredible view and also, tennis courts. The breakfast is also very good. A great experience highly recommended.
