Pros:

The location is very nice . The staff members very friendly and polite.

Cons:

After a long day of work

The bath tube didn’t have the water stopper and was not clean .

We were pleased with our stay, aside from the beds and the shoŕt commode. being too high.
Pros:

Location was close to our destination. Room was quiet and clean.

Cons:

I thought the beds were much too high, hard to get in and out of them. We asked for a riser for the commode because it was very low. We were told they did not keep any. Consequently, I had difficulty using the bathroom.

Expected mediocrity and experienced so much more.
Pros:

Pool! Swimming to chill out after a busy day is choice, and the pool hours went until 10pm :3

Cons:

Where's my elevators, Baymont? Hauling a large amount of plush up the stairs is no bueno.

Clean. Friendly. I would check them out again.
Pros:

Staff when they greeted us. Great first impression. Helpful and friendly. It was quiet. That was nice.

Cons:

Breakfast was sparse. They were out of many food items. Took a long time to be replenished. Breads gone. No yogurt. Low on hot foods. We did eat but it just was not supplied well.

Over the stay was good and enjoyed the pool.
Pros:

Had hot breakfast. It was good but very small omelets.

Cons:

Room wasn't ready when we got there at 3. Was told it was still being cleaned. Refrigerator had ham left in it from previous guest. There was a dirty towel left hanging on the back of the bathroom door and there was a bunch of hair in the bathtub.

Pros:

Room was ok but did have smell of smoke even thou supposed to be non smoking

Cons:

Was no soap at the sink, bath tub did not drain and the TV had only 3 terrible channels? No elevator for older or handicapped personnel!

This property needs a flood Restorator and general maintenance throughout.

This property has a rather bad mildew and or a mold issue! I worked flood restoration with two companies for a total of 11 years. we received our keys to room 121. When entering the building from the middle entrance once in the first floor carpeted hall i could smell the mildew and or mold. I can tell it definitely has been an ongoing problem and when i opened the door to our room with my wife and kids they are 5 and 10 years old. children are more susceptible to mold With in a minute i started to get a headache after 5 minutes i realized there was no way we could sleep in that room. I went and talked to the young lady at the front desk again and told her my employment background and what i thought the issue was. I asked if she had a spare room that was as close to the front as possible and there was room 108. I asked if i could go look at it before moving she was happy to accommodate my request i went into 108 it didn’t smell like mildew and it was more updated then 121 so we moved. The tv was unable to mirror devices and once the ac was running for a while there was a small mildew smell it was manageable though. My wife went to shower and the heat/vent fan didn’t work at all the manual timer aspect of the light switch just clicked till it was at zero. Then when she was done showering she tried using the hair dryer and with ten seconds the smell set the room smoke detector off I was able to rest it before it caused a fuss with other residents. In morning I was woken at 7:30 buy my son yelling form the bathroom because the was no toilet paper we were only given one roll so my wife had to go to the front desk to get a spare roll while he waited. We were just staying for one night but if I were staying for more than one night I would have asked for a refund in the morning for my remaining stay time and found other lodging
