I would definitely book again
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and Quiet. I was a little afraid to book because the price was low, however we had a great experience. And also the room had tile floors which was a plus for me because of my allergies. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling near Stockbridge area. Grocery stores and restaurants are all 5 minutes away. You can walk or drive

Cons:

The no elevator is crazy for a hotel in 2024. Never experienced a hotel with no elevator; but again everything else was nice

A bed bug disappointment!
Pros:

Check in was easy. At first glance the room looked decent for the amount spent. Room had free Wifi, iron, microwave, and fridge. They only offered hand soap, but no extras like shampoo, conditioner, etc. There are two floors, and no elevator on the property.

Cons:

Booked a 2 night stay and wanted a full refund because we discovered bed bugs when we were about to go to bed!! The hotel would only refund one night stating it's policy to charge a full day if you are at the hotel for over an hour. I think bed bugs override that policy. They did offer another room, but no way were we staying there. The attendant told us to contact management about "possibly" getting a full refund. Haven't had success with that so far. I would never recommend this hotel. Stay at your own risk!

Pros:

Overall u get what u pay for the hotel was clean and decent the bed was comfortable only downside is that they have temporary tenants and at night the kids ran back and forward until it was bed time and also they need to invest in pillows i had a king size room with twin size pillows but overall the stay was ok and convenient for my traveling purposes

I enjoyed Eileen at the front seat upon check in. She was friendly, professional, and accommodating….everything after that was a disaster….

afternoon were rude, pool sign says 10 but they said it closed at 9 and even though they had ac units in indoor pool

Of them were broken or knobs removed so we couldn’t access them and there was a very little ventilation so the choline was very heavy…..the breakfast in the morning was really hard for one person to keep up with…facilities were outdated knobs on acs were broken off a/c was rusty….washer had a mildew smell and it took two cycles to dry our clothes….

Need better housekeeping
Pros:

It was convenient to where I needed to go. Shopping center etc. Great breakfast

Cons:

The facility was nasty. The a/c unit leaked in the room. No house keeping. The bed had stains on the sheets.
