Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, close to everything, restaurants, shopping, recreation. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were functioning. Pleasant staff, easy check in and out.

Cons:

Definitely could some updating, building was very old looking, things were in working order but the sinks and tubs were very cracked and drains were slow draining. Breakfast hours could have lasted a little longer, didn't make it til closer to 8:30 and there was nothing worth eating. I really wish they had an elevator. I was by myself and had to take all my things up a large flight of stairs and no one offered to help me at the front desk.

Pros:

Very impressed with the jacuzzi room. Loved everything about it will definitely be returning!

Cons:

The pool was closed because they had to replace a part so hopefully that will be fixed soon. Only negative about the room is they did not clean the jaccuzzi tub. There was hair in the tub and dirt when we ran it the first time with soap. I called down and they came and sprayed it and wiped it down, but they really need to do a more thorough cleaning. Ran it 2 times with soap and it was clean then used it

Cons:

The pole in hot tub were not able to be used. They were full of black dirty water, which was not listed on any of the Booking.com information. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. The person at the front desk said the rooms are disgusting and he doesn’t even know why he works there referred us to another hotel down the road.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
Pros:

Our visit was good and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with a variety of choices. The welcome desk was clean and the attendant was welcoming.

Cons:

I would have been nice to have more than one luggage carts.
