Breakfast was great besides the day I was there wasn’t no cream cheese for the bagels
Some of the guest where very rude and mean to my children in the pool room saying they didn’t wanna be slashed or didn’t want them playing catch with their football just overall was complaining about everything and made us very uncomfortable
The staff was amazing and the free breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.
The only complaint would be other guests being loud. Which is nothing the property is at fault for.
Hot tub heater and jets were not working. But sure they will fix it

Overall, it was a decent hotel
The day I checked in is when the pump broke on the spa that’s why I decided to stay at this hotel. So I couldn’t use the spa facilities, which is one of the reasons one of the main reasons I chose to stay there.
Location
Room was 100 degrees upon arrival. Waited an hour and still did not cool off. Owner is lying and saying another room was offered and declined. That did not happen. I asked for another room with the air on and front desk stated no other rooms were available as they forgot to turn the air on (with it being 103 outside). Only offering a partial refund.
Employees were extremely nice and accommodating. The beds and pillow were super comfy with updated furniture. The room and bedding was clean along with the bathroom. I liked the hangar space, outlet space, and that they have a pool/ hot tub.
The elevator was out of service by its only a 2 story building. The remote didn't work properly but never reported cuz we could change channels and adjust volume.
Location was great for our visit to Wooster.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. Toilet, sink and floor could have been cleaned better. Shower head could be better. TV remote was not working correctly. Carpet in room felt sticky!
Bathroom was tiny, not the cleanest. The pillows were very tiny
One of us didn't find the bed comfortable and neither one of us were happy with the small pillows.
The desk person let us into the pool so we could swim ten minutes early. We really appreciated that.
There were no sugar free options for breakfast. There were two diabetics in our party. Equal or Splenda and a sugar free creamer would have been nice for the coffee.
The property was clean and inviting.
The elevator was out of service.
