We suggest some upgrades.
Pros:

It was quiet and had a good breakfast.

Cons:

The pool was our main attraction but was green and salty. The coffee pot had a used pod in it that looked pretty old, soap in the shower was pretty much empty and the outlets in our room were very finicky.

Pros:

We stayed on 1st floor and near the door since my mom is older. The room was cleaned and ready for us even though we were early. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Indoor Pool was not open. Going back in July hopefully "maintain" is completed.

It wasn’t worth paying double
Pros:

An appetite because he still haven’t paid me back for double charging me for two hell hotels about a month ago super eight in Zanesville and Baymont of Wyndham in Lancaster

Cons:

I didn’t like getting the runaround for a refund for getting double charged for super eight in Zanesville and Baymont of Wyndham in Lancaster so I didn’t get any sleep. I didn’t need any breakfast trying to save my money so I can rent a house and I’m tired of staying at hotels, especially if I’m gonna get charged twice for each night

I always check the room before we put anything down. Upon doing that found out there was bed bugs

Dirty, racist, bed bugs , stuck , freezing water, terrible

Cons:

The staff is very rude, when brought to attention about bed bugs they got very smart and rude. Hot water didn’t work tv wouldn’t connect, no clean towels. When called booking they contacted property said we can get refund n stay on property because we had no extra money with kids. The manager called us n told us to get out at 12am in the morning or we wouldn’t get refunded so had to check out with sick kid, with nowhere to go. The worker at front desk was talking about my byricals daughter’s hair. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life or saw anything in my years of traveling like this.

Whoever owns/manages should be ashamed of how bad this place has fallen out of shape. Not the staff’s fault, lack of
Pros:

Girl working front desk was really nice and doing her best.

Cons:

Pool was closed. Hallway had flooded, stunk really bad and had a large fan blowing on it. Room didn’t have any hot water. Was musty and visible water damage throughout the bathroom ceiling and walls.

Did not eat breakfast

Cons:

We live where there is no noise. Could not sleep because of all the interstate traffic. Next time will request to be on the back side
