Quality Inn & Suites Kimberly - Appleton East

Staff was very friendly, the rooms had some burnt out lights in the bathroom, and the bath exhaust fan didn’t work.

Clean room, pleasant staff

Property was not very clean. The staff was not welcoming and rather rude.

Other than the sound of elephants from the room above us, the stay was short and sweet. No complaints.

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. They were too hard and noisy. I hardly slept that night. There were bugs in the bathroom, too.

Asked Expedia to cancel reservation at Wisconsin hotel but hotel refused to do so.
I requested a hotel search in Kimberly.ID and Expedia brought up Kimberly, Wisconsin. Which I did not realize until I booked it and went to put address in my GPS. Expedia says they tried to cancel but hotel refused even though the attempt was made minutes after the booking. Maybe Expedia should be one to refund my money.

When we checked in the first room we went to smelled very musty so we asked for another room. We went back to the desk and he did give us another room with an upgrade but that also smelled musty. At this point we were tired and assumed all rooms would be this way so we did not ask for another room. The rest of our stay we noted that everything just felt damp; the floor, the sheets. I think the AC units need to be serviced.

It was okay. Beds were comfy, but carpet felt damp. Not sure if they just washed it, or if they are having problems with the humidity. People at the desk were nice. Really only slept and showered there, so cannot comment on anything else.

Room reeked of stale smoke. Supposedly this was 100% smoke free hotel. Soap and shampoo dispensers hard to work.

It said the room had a balcony/patio, it had none. The whirlpool wouldn't drain after being used. The bed was very comfortable

Pool area was great

Carpet In hall had a rip In and hall had an odor. Room was clean, bed comfortable.Overall good but a little pricey.

Very comfortable and convenient location. Pet friendly and great bike path for walking.

The coffee available was horrible. The vending machines did not work. The pool was closed. The noise above me was like a herd of elephants. The sheets were worn and there were plumbing issues.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. The room was nice and comfortable. The only complaint was the shower was very slippery and had to put a towel on the shower floor to keep from slipping. I reported it to housekeeping, they cleaned the shower floor but it was still very slippery. I reported it to the front desk on checkout and he said he would get it taken care of.

We had a king size suite and it was good but the breakfast area was small n barely any options and they dont allow guests in the pool
