Clean room , super nice people, good stay , no trouble
Everything was great. Staff is top notch!!
The staff here is super friendly, the location is convenient, and the room was affordable. The morning breakfast was adequate with a couple cold and hot choices (can't go wrong w/waffles). Our only complaint is the furniture in the pool area is in need of repair/replacement. Oh and the light in the bathroom in the pool area need to be fixed so it does not shut off automatically.
Very nice but not the nicest staff ..
My parents room was amazing! The worker was so nice! But our first room had bugs and smelt disgusting. We talked to them about it 3 times before they gave us a different room. The second room has left over clothes and a mysterious white cream all over the bed side table. There were marks and dents all over the place. No where is perfect but it wasn’t cleaned. We found hairs on our pillows and mold in the ice bucket. If not mold definitely something gross. I’ve never been more disappointed in a hotel in my life. Bathroom soap smells AMAZING!
I stayed at the Quality Inn this past weekend for my brother’s wedding. The front desk clerk was wonderful, professional, patient, and kind. The lobby was clean and welcoming, which gave me hope. Unfortunately, the room told a very different story. As soon as I drove around back, I noticed most of the window screens were bent or falling off. My room didn’t even have a screen, and since I was on the second floor with windows that opened, that felt like a serious safety issue. Walking in, I was hit with a strong smoke-and-musty odor. The furniture was in poor condition, one chair was falling apart, the other was badly stained. The sheets and mattress protector had visible stains, including what looked like food. The bathroom was dirty: paint chipping, light with no cover, rust on the shower head, mold, and a toilet seat that needed replacing. Even the garbage can was dirty. The iron leaked water everywhere, so I had to buy one at Walmart, along with disinfectant wipes, spray, and a plug-in just to make the room usable. Overall, the stay was stressful and far below basic standards. I usually don’t complain, but these were serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. The only positive was the clerk: customer service was excellent. Sadly, the rooms do not match the lobby or the staff’s effort. I recommend paying the extra $20 to stay at the Comfort Inn down the road.. it’s much cleaner, safer, and worth it.
Everything is great, I love staying there every time i go visit.
Room and common areas were clean and pleasant. Mattress quite hard for my taste. Breakfast uninspired but satisfying. All in all it met my needs and would stay again.
Run down. Not worth the money for the whirlpool room.
Great
Other than the micromanage and the toilet breaking the last night we were there we loved our stay thank you
Bed comforts was horrible. One of the comforters was covered with pee stains all over it . I ask the women if I can have a different one and she said they don’t have any and that they are clean . So to me I was thinking why would you give people this to sleep with . So yes I was very unhappy! When I stay somewhere I want to be comfortable! They didn’t have enough towels and paint was coming off walls .
Called if property can assist with an item we left behind staff promised will call back but never did.
Overall, my stay was okay. Like others have mentioned, the building is very old, which shows in some areas. However, I was disappointed to find stains on both my towels and bedsheets, some of which were quite questionable. The room’s AC made a very rough, loud noise, and I could also hear people running or jumping on the floor above me, which made it hard to relax.
Attempting to charge me multiple times for a deposit paid at the time of the check in.
The woman at the front desk I can’t remember her name but she was amazing, helpful, friendly and really went above and beyond to help with whatever I needes
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean very nice. Our stay was enjoyable. Highly recommend this place.
