The floor around the tub was rotting and falling through. The drain wouldn't stay open. The pool has numerous missing tiles.

Just not as clean as I would like, needs to be updated.

Comfy beds!! Awesome pool, and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great too!

Clean room and comfortable bed.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the tub was very slippery when I was taking a shower was scared I was going to fall. The toilet is way to close to the wall and to short. The toilet felt like a little kids toilet we used to have in school. It was very hard to reach the toilet paper while sitting on the toilet. The door to the bathroom looked like it had been kicked in and a piece of wood was just placed over the hole. We stayed there because it was close to where I had to be for surgery and had stayed there before and was very pleased but I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom. It was very difficult for me to you the toilet after my surgery as I couldn't been my leg very well. Maybe you should swap out some of the toilets with a handicap toilet as the older generation does have trouble with mobility and with a higher toilet it would be helpful. I could have requested a handicap room but I really don't need the lower bed and such. I just appreciate the taller toiler as I am tall as is my husband. The rest of the room and everything else was just fine. The breakfast was great. Like I said everything was good except for the bathroom.

Quality rooms -everything is in working order

I liked everything minus the bed linens. They were clean. But not a fan of thick cold percale sheets

Our stay was okay but we were disappointed with how they cleaned up our room and the breakfast was not so good, could have been a lot better.

Our room smelled like smoke, and when given a new room, that also smelled like smoke. The hallways also had a strong odor.

I really liked the pool and hot tub area. It was nice and big. It had a unique look and felt like a lodge with skylights. It also had a nice outdoor area where people are playing cards. The rooms were very clean. The only thing I marked down was because it smelled like people had been smoking in there. However, it says it’s non-smoking so I’m not sure why.

Hotel was very outdated and our toilet was broken and very noisy! But breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice.

Everything about the hotel was old and cheap other than the cost of the room. Definitely was not worth the price. Will not stay there again.
